We entered into a contract with KC Credit Services to handle a case with a credit card company. I have paperwork that we signed with them stating that they would work on our behalf, and set up to have money taken out of our checking account every month. In the paperwork it states that they would review our file every six months. I recieved a call from Mike, a rep for the company, the cc company had not received their money and wanted to know where their pmt was. I checked our bank, there was no hold up on our end. I called and left a message for Mike stating this, and asking him to call us. I also emailed the same to him. No one ever called us back to help us..... We were then served papers from the cc company for non-payment. I called KC Credit Services to see what was going on. (Yes, I was very upset when I called. I thought we hired this company to help us, and could not understand why the ball had been dropped so far as to get served with paperwork again!). Donna, the owner of KC Credit Services, personally told me that once they set up the paperwork for us, we are no longer their clients. Unless we pay them more money to do so, as they do not work for free. I was constantly interrupted while talking, and owner was quite rude the entire conversation. Really, they charge 20% of the amount due to creditors..... Every six months to basically refile paperwork on our behalf?????? Nor does it state any such thing in our paperwork that there would be additional charges! Do not do business with these people!!

OH Boy what a trip with this firm. The owneerr needs to learn about civil rights issues when she barks off orders. I paid them and DP said my consular was SB . I was told not to call but only email, Strange DP knew i was disabled and the ungodly anxiety from DP was so severe i need to go the ER FROM the ungodly stress and i warned her she is taking it to a different level. I have never met such a discrimination ever and DP IS a white women. Her entire staff was directed not to connect to my advocate. I will admit when you pay there salary you would not excepts this treatment. WARMING STAY AWAY FROM NORTH KANSAS CITY CREDIT. LEGAL ACTION IS PENDING.

Just look at their perfect BBB rating with zero complaints, and more than 20-years in business. This company has helped hundred’s of my clients with credit restoration and credit education. WORST decision I ever made!! Do NOT use these hacks. Donna Perkins is an imbecile and her company is filled with idiots who will overcharge you and then get no results. Do not believe these phony posts by her employees claiming she got them results. I only posted 5 stars so that this review will stay at the top and not get buried below the fake reviews that Donna has her employees post. KCCS is a HORRIBLE company. Go anywhere else except these idiots.

KC credit services did a great job helping raise my score.. they answered all my questions and helped to educate me on what affects my score.
