I still have a great view of credit unions, but this place is crazy. They do background and credit checks when you join, like your being investigates by the FBI. They take ten business days to cash a check. And if they close an account and you pay it off almost immediately, they will later report it as a collection even though it was paid to them. Stay away if you value your credit report.

Just called to try to finance a car, after being on hold with a machine for an hour I got approved at a great rate with one of their local competitors in 8 minutes. The idea of a local credit union that can not get a real person on the phone quickly defeats the purpose of doing business with a credit union.

possibly the worst website i have ever been on, never works correctly even when all your infomation is correct, plus they take around 4 years to answer the phone. stresses me out bigggggg time. ill be leaving this bank as soon as i can.
