This company was not very good at follow-up calls regarding a repossessed vehicle they were trying to sell. I placed a bid and was told I would be called before they sold the vehicle just in case I wanted to raise my bid. It was very rude and unprofessional that I did not get a phone call before the vehicle was sold to another individual. Because I live pretty close to United Consumer Credit Union on 23rd Street, friends and friends of friends ask frequently for my opinion of this credit union and I will continue to tell people how rudely I was treated at this credit union.

Been with this credit Union for over 40 years. Great place to do business. Had several different types of loans and have always been impressed with the service. Staff is very helpful and customer oriented. Highly recommend this place for any financial services.

costs $20 just to wire money tons of hidden fees and random cons you have never heard of from any other bank. the staff was always very nice to me, having said that their management and bank as a whole is a joke.

Worst customer service of anyplace I have ever dealt with. Got a home loan and they are not friendly. Cant wait to go get it refianced someplace else. If you need a loan this is the place I would ever go.
