We moved to the area just over a year ago and were referred to Basin Insurance by our mortgage lender. It was an extremely stressful time when nothing was going smoothly with the sale of our house or with the purchase of our new one. We had also not had a great experience with our previous insurance agency so the thought of having to deal with finding someone new was daunting and I quite frankly dreaded it. From our first contact with Mike at Basin Insurance, my fears were completely put to rest. He has been fantastic to work with, he is knowledgeable and extremely prompt in responding to all of our questions. The office staff are also incredible, they are patient and kind to interact with and also very prompt in responding. I would like to thank them all for making stressful and difficult situations so much easier! I would highly recommend this office.

I wanted to support an agency that supports local organizations and gives back locally. They donate their time, energy, and money not only to being the best agency to work with I have ever experienced, but also to many different causes in our community. Our school (Genesis Prep.) is a direct beneficiary of their generosity as they sponsor our Student of the Month program promoting good behavior and good grades. I am so happy that I made the switch! I have been with basin insurance over 8 years and have never had a better group of not just insurance agents, but people who have become friends. Just last week they went out of their way and found a new plan that saved me over $40.00 a month with no loss in coverage. I have never had any other insurance company do that or take the time to send Christmas cards or just call to say thanks for being part of the team. You would be crazy not to stop in and see for yourself and at the very least get a quote, and get to know the wonderful people at Basin. I would have given more stars but 5 is the most allowed.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE

Top notch service and customer care!! I have been working with Basin Insurance for over 10 years and know they are always there to help with any insurance needs, questions, claims, etc. Because they are “independent” agents they can offer a wide range of options which is important as insurance is a product where quality really matters. However, it can be very difficult and frustrating to shop and compare insurance policies on your own, so it’s especially worth having an experienced professional to find you the right policy and company to suit your specific or specialized needs. Basin Insurance is your best bet!

I like the fact that Steve is independent, which means he is working for his clients, rather than one company that has proprietary requirements.
