I wanted to take a minute to thank the Jones Group Ins Agency for the impeccable service that I received while taking out a commercial policy which seemed to be very complex with the other two companies prior to being referred to Kristine (owner) which she was very knowledgeable not to mention very pleasant. My experience with this agency was nothing short of amazing especially considering her office seems to have a high volume of traffic in and out it was still a great experience.

I called for an auto ins quote and my driving record is a bit challenging, however, her office was able to find me a decent rate, even thou the rate was a little higher than the prior company.
