I contacted Richard Weaver and associates earlier this year to look into possibly filling for chapter 7 bankruptcy. My credit score was 498 and I had absolutely no way to get out of the financial hole I had found myself in. After talking with Richard, I decided that this would be the right move for me and his firm was the right one to help me. His staff was super friendly and punctual. They were on top of all of the paperwork and always in contact when needed. They stopped collection calls immediately, which helped return my sanity and peace of mind. My bankruptcy was discharged a few short months ago and my credit score has jumped almost 150 points in that time. I cannot explain the excitement I get when I pull my credit score and see it in the green instead of that very dark red. I feel as though him and his firm have given me a second chance at having good credit (not to mention a much less stressful life, due to my finances being in order). I now have a savings account with an actual balance in the positive. I have an emergency fund. I get approved for credit when I want. That constant anvil (debt) that has hung over my head most of my life is finally gone, and it has made a huge difference. I cannot fully explain in words what this decision has done for me, but I strongly urge you to consider consulting this firm if you are having financial troubles.
