I got a speeding ticket on 03/25/17 that was $195. On 03/27/17, I hired Bobbitt Law for $125 and the same day, I signed power of attorney forms to have them represent me in court to get it dismissed. I was told they would try their best to fight for the ticket to get it dismissed. The day after my court date, I went online to the Arlington municipal court and saw I failed to appear and so did my lawyer!! I called them right away and they got me to sign new forms and rescheduled my court date. Again, I told them I could not attend and they would fight to dismiss it. I then look again after 9/18/17 and saw they had plead no contest for me and I had to pay the original fine! I called again and they said I had to be present to fight it, which no one ever told me that! They also told me they got the fine reduced to $175, but online it still shows $195. I could have done that job myself, or hired another lawyer for $50 who said they would do exactly that! They did not beat around the bush, they told me straight up they would only plea no contest and get probation. These clowns lied to me not once, but twice. Every time I call in, I get a different story. They do not know what the heck they are doing there!!! So i ended up paying $125 to them plus I still have to pay my original $195!!
