My house seemed unusually dusty this winter. I bought a new furnace filter, but it didn’t help. And the furnace was running longer than it used to. One look in the crawlspace under the house and… it was a disaster. Nearly all the insulation was coming down from the rafters and the furnace was working overtime. I called Element Heating & Air in Oakland. They promised to retune and re-register the 17-year old furnace, clean out the heating ducts, clear out the crawlspace and install new compliant insulation under the whole house. Because I have asthma, they also installed a permanent high efficiency filter and a UV cleanser to reduce particulates, mold, spores and aerosols. These guys were remarkable. They showed up at 8 am as promised, did their work without much intrusion and completed the job within a few hours. The crew was efficient, thoroughgoing, friendly and polite. They cleared out the crawlspace installed the new batting and hauled everything away. Within an hour, air in the house was noticeably cleaner. And the furnace didn’t run as long to heat it. The price was very reasonable, with flexible payment options. I was very happy with the job. Call these guys. I can’t recommend Element Heating & Air too highly.

I have had my a/c for over 30 years and now it seems in the past few weeks that my condenser might be going out. I was hesitant to locate any company because I wanted a reputable company who would not take any short cuts. I got in touch with a few companies, but Element Heating and Cooling was the most professional one I dealt with because they came out for free estimate to let me know what was going on with my a/c without pressure. We went over a few options, I was hoping to just get it fixed, but since it was 30 plus years old, it was most cost effective to just replace it. So I signed up with them to do the job. I was really impressed; they took care of all the permits and scheduling. They were professional and clean. Everything was a smooth process and all on time. Now I feel the house getting cooler fast, They were also install the Energy Efficient condenser. I will recommend this company to anyone. Thank you,

I was having a lot of trouble with my furnace and this is something that I have been having problems with for a while now. I needed this fixed because it has been a very cold winter and I was unable to turn heat on. I called a few different companies and no one had any available appointments. I then found Element heating and air and they were able to come out and check it out the very next day. The technician who came out was very knowledgeable and answered all of the many questions and concerns I had. They recommended that I replace my furnace and the estimate I received was very affordable. I decided to get it replaced because mine kept on giving me so much trouble. They came out within a few days to do the installation and they were finished within 6 hours or so. I am very happy with my furnace and am finally able to have my house nice and warm.

I Recently got my Insulation in the Attic Cleaned up and Re-Insulated , As Well As New Air Duct installed By Element Home Solutions, I had Very Old insulation which was a total mess and also was not to the code anymore. I had also Rodent problem , they also ripped my Air Ducts . So I looked up online and Found Element home solutions. The good part finding this company was they do HVAC and Insulation Work. So they Gave me an estimate to get both the work done together. I already had got couple more estimates from different local Company but Element gave me a better price as well they were able to do both the jobs , instead hiring 2 companies. The took care of the Permits required. They were on time to get the job done. Very Professional and Knowledgeable I will Recommend Element to Everyone !!

Element Heating & Air recently installed a new AC unit in our house. It was a great experience all-around.When I scheduled the estimate, the tech Eric was polite and accommodating and the supervisor were shadowing to make sure things were done correctly. He was informative and explained the procedures and projects without being pushy. We felt very comfortable with the company after meeting with him.The installation went great as well. The two installers were respectful, courteous and professional. They kept my home debris free along the way. There were a couple of unexpected issues that arose during the installation, but they were able to handle them. We would definitely recommend Element Heating & Air and they will be the first company we call for any AC/Furnace related issues.

I hired Element Home Solutions after I have met with two other companies . I want to have the old sprayed insulation in the attic remove and new insulation install. The person who gave me the assessment was Edwardo and he was very knowledgeable and professional. The crew did a great job. They were very thorough and just did a great job. They sealed all the cracks in the attic that rodents could enter. They did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing the entire attic and then they installed the high quality R38 Owens Corning 16 insulation covering all of the attic. I highly recommend them. I plan to hire them again in the fall to clean the central heating furnace.

I needed a new air conditioning system. I called a lot of companies and I got a lot of quotes. Element Heating & Air in Montclair was one of the lowest quotes I received. The furnace and condenser I received was great quality, and has been working awesome. The guy that came, Jerry, told me exactly what everything was, and did not try to take advantage of me. He gave me a quote, and all I had to pay was exactly what he quoted me. I believe the customer service Element provides is top quality. I was left very happy, and not completely broke! I would recommend Element Heating & Air to anyone looking for service, repair, or installation of a new air conditioning system.

I had these guys come out to give me a estimate for new Furnace. They were able to come to my home the same day. They inspected the system and were able to give me a estimate . The Price was reasonable and competitive, they were able beat the price of the other heating companies. They were able to complete the job in 5 hours. and very professional and Knowledgeable. The job was done neat and clean. I was able to use my new heater the same day of install. and they took care of all the city permits and inspection. I will recommend these guys highly . I had Old Insulation in my new House i Recently bought and had to get it replaced. I got Quote from 3-4 Companies the price was some low and some very High. Element was not cheap or High. But the Quality of Professionalism and knowledge was tremendous. So went with element to get this work done. They were able to arrange to get the work done right next day and the guy who worked in my house were fabulous. they were on time and got the job done same day.
