These guys may be helpful as long as you are their client. If you decide to move your business to a carrier who offers the same coverage at a much better rate...your treated like a red headed step child. They delay call backs, and they do not explain the urgency of signing cancelation documents so they can draft your account over a week after you submitted the request. Further more, when you call to get your money back...your on hold for 15 minutes only to be told you will have to wait for days to get the money back! This agency alone will keep me from going back to State Farm....even if I have 5 family members that are agents!

This is the best insurance company I have had. The staff is so helpful and Adam has been great. They are a very busy office but still make every person feel important. They do an amazing job at taking care of my insurance needs. I am happy to have Adam Rope as my agent!
