Carrie Welch of State Farm is a true professional. Her general knowledge of business operations makes her an asset to any organization but was especially critical to our growing company. We came to rely on her knowledge and advice when making business growth decisions and planning. She has been helpful in protecting my business and family as we went from sole proprietor to an S Corporation, and as we continue to grow. We started out with general liability coverage and now have errors and ommissions, term life insurance, home and car insurance. Along the road Carrie always told us when we needed to switch or stay with our current provider. She is honest and really cares. Carrie Welch is someone I trust and would recommend to colleagues and family.

A great team to work with! Carrie, Jodie and team have taken care of me for a decade or two. They continue to be awesome in every respect. You may be able to find slightly cheaper coverage with 1-800 based companies but not someone local (and the same someone) to answer the phone and advise you on any need. Customer service is what you need with insurance and this team does it right.

I was in need of a local agent when I came back from the Middle East. I strolled into their office almost 9 years ago and even though I have moved 50 miles further from her office I REFUSE to find an agent closer because of how well I am treated when I call or visit.
