Came in for mortgage loan. I worked with someone who said they would contact me in 24 hours. After 3 days of not being contacted, I called back and told me Alan was busy and thats a good thing because he is "good at his job". I guess not contacing people is a good thing. Horrible customer service. So Im working with Wells Fargo who have time for me and make me feel like a priority not just an option for a "good" loan officer. US bank suggested I work with Wells Fargo. I was appalled. But in the end I am getting way better service.

This bank as treated me pretty good. What impressed me most was the familiar staff - I almost always see the same people in there (and their friendly to boot). On the negative side, it seems like this location is often understaffed during peak hours. As far as the fees mentioned by Dean S., I personally have had two out my three fees waived by just stopping in and talking to a representative in a gentle voice. Definitely would recommend this bank to a friend.

I waited in the line for over 20 minutes to open a checking account, it was then denied because my Washington ID was recently issued. It was approved later and opened by an online sales representative and after making the opening deposit at this branch, the manager notified me that its possible to open it online but not in a branch with a brand new ID. I believe it was denied based on my personal appearance.

I have never had a problem making a payment on my car loan. But for whatever reason they would not accept my check. Not only that I asked for the manager and explained to Janice that I have never had a problem making car payments before at other US Bank branches. Janice reminded me why I will pay off this loan and get out of the US Bank business. Janice and US Bank customer service is horrible.
