i had called for some insurance cards... they kept me on hold for 15 mins... i waited just to see how long they would keep a valued customer on hold. Since then i have changed insurance agents and taken my business else where. I wouldnt do business with them if they paid me!

Would have been 5 starts, but I did have one experience where I waited in the office for 10 minutes before someone said hello. Excellent prices. 90% of the time you can speak to a real person almost immediately at the office or over the phone. I would recomend them.

Tell me a place that randomly calls your through out the year telling you if they can save you even more money on your insurance? Well this place does and just to see how you are doing/if anything changed. Great place with great people
