Have to say, I dislike the new set up especially with the drive thru services. I cant speak for the services on the inside because I rarely have to go in. The way it sounds is they are getting away from person to person contact and everything is automated. Computers do malfunction and I rather not depend on automation all of the time especially with money. They took away two perfectly working atm machines from the drive thru and replaced them with automated teller service where you stick deposits in a tube (idk what to call it). Having two atms made the process go a lot faster I thought. Now its just reduced to one, does not make sense to me. I have been with SECU for years and never had a complaint. But all this automation and not much help from an actual human got me rethinking some options.

I left secu for mecu because things was not going in a good direction the employee did not push me to stay he just granted my request and gave me his card after he listen to why I was leaving the company and apologized for my inconvenience. Needless to say the next day I reopened my account with the help of this employee in fact I opened 3 accounts. I appreciate the help of Mr.Alexander for taking the time to help me with awesome customer service skills 1000% a customer that will never leave again.
