I have to start by saying the building is very modern and a beautiful property. Unfortunately it is unkempt and the lobby smells. Coming from out of state I am forced to use this branch when in South Beach. The staff there seem to rotate in and out of the branch like a merry-go-round at the circus. Every week they are training a new person. I found the staff to be rude and in a bad mood. I did try to mention it to Mercy Barrios, the Manager and she turned out to be a homophobic close minded pain in the you-know-where. If you must use this branch, use the ATM and when it comes to human interaction, the Bayfront branch is much nicer.

In Miami Beach, you can not miss South Beach, the most famous and popular beach. In addition to its crystalline waters and waves ideal for surfers, here you will find lots of restaurants, lots of nightlife, fashion and topless, which is not allowed in other city beaches.

i had an problem of being scammed through a job site. in which it i had to go and get a police report etc. this bank took all my money from both my checking and savings to cover the damage that was done by the scam that was done to ME!!! After they told me it wasnt my fault and YES said i was a victim. Not only did they take me all my money they put me in the credit report. This bank Sucks and the people who works in there have no compassion or feelings for their customers at all... I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!

One Thursdays sat in a queue 50 minutes, I did not wait for the operator and left. Rave. We worked only 2 professional. The rest of the staff walked by with a very clever and important species.

Steer clear of this bank. They claim one of my deposits were dmaaged in the ATM. They never contacted me about the problem and I had to track down the reason and then have my job cut another check. $35 and three weeks later I had the money in my account. The manager Mercy gave the worst customer service ever!

WORST BANK EVER!!! They find a way to keep adding in fees, raising the limits on minimums, without any additional services to the customer. Customer Service is also the worst. Would recommend ANY other bank besides Citi

I had a bureaucratic problem and asked the staff if they could help me. Instead of saying yes or no, they just pushed the problem back to me, not giving any options to solve the problem. Just bad attitude.
