I use Carolina trust FCU as part of my shared branching options from another credit union. Terrible and I mean terrible customer service! Everyone in the building is rude and seems to have better things to do than their actual job. Wait times are horrid. Along with terrible customer service there is a 2 day hold on my payroll check every time I make my payroll deposit. I could understand if it was from a random joe blow, but I make the same deposit every two weeks. Typically within .50 cents of amounts. I have been dealing with this isssue for over a year now... sadly my original credit union will be getting the short straw as I am taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend anyone to use this credit union.

It has generally been a positive experience. Ms. Evelyn Ramariz has been the individual I have generally alway dealt with. She could be President of the whole place in my humble opinion. Brandi Hardee, as well has been a positive representative of you fine institution.
