Our Daughters loan has just been sold to this company. I hope and pray that this company will be fair and honest with my daughter. This was her first car. She got it on her own. Unlike some, she had no credit built up so this is why she had to go this route. She has never been late on a payment. Actually pays more than payment and always pays early. She has not had the best interaction with the company that sold her account to Auto Credit. They did not have there stuff together. So please be kind and honest with my daughter. She will always be honest and respectable. These bad reviews have me nervous. I am giving 1 star for now. I will be happy to change it once I see how this goes. Thank you for your time. In response to the bad reviews about this company. I would like to point out that this company finances cars to people who need a second or third chance at building good credit. So when a company knows that you are not responsible in paying your bills on-time, they make an effort to contact you as a reminder and to give you additional payment options. High finance companies like public banks and auto makers that finance to people with good credit or better generally do not have to spend so much time tracking down their payments. If you need a second chance to show you are credit worthy then you have to deal with the obstacles to obtain good credit! If you need a second chance this company is a great pick!

Yes this company is a second chance company or in my case a recent college grad company. Seriously tho, the customer service is very slack. Most of the people have attitudes and over talk you while on the phone. Good financing and bad customer service.

I cannot log into the online website becuase the password reset feature have been broken for nearly a year. The phone-based payment system resets itself everytime I enter my bank routing number. The customer service is average but definitely nothing spectacular. I plan to refinance with another lender ASAP.

They have a rep who constantly calls my phone, even after I state that the payment will be late. She is very rude and unprofessional. Wish I knew what I was getting myself into before this. Will pay off my vehicle and will not use them ever again. Do NOT recommend them to anyone!

Terrible customer service and a busted website, site will not let me reset my password and the response time from the "service" team is very slow. The only good thing is the actual finance part, if you can tolerate god awful people then go for it.

These people need customer service training here in Georgia! They are horrible! When you make your payment still figure out a way to rip you off! Small portions of payment go towards principal! They need to be reported as predator lenders!
