Started out very professional and sounded like it was worth a try. I believe its been about a year and really no change except in the rep who contacted me initially. They seem to drag everything out as long as possible to keep charging you every month. My score at one point actually went down and they said that was normal?!?! When i tried to call and cancel my account for the refund, i was given a 20 minute sales pitch on why i should stay and said they would bump membership up at no extra cost and get this: actually send the letters directly to the debtors themselves. Shouldnt this be done anyway? it was clear the lady on the phone had no clue what she was talking about other than to get me to stay. Also every cycle ive had to pull my own reports and send them to this company. Im done with this mess. Its pathetic. I was confident at first but now im pissed off and feel ripped off. I basically pay them a fee every month to send them info that they should be retrieving to verify things that i already know. Scam is an understatement!

just got a call from someone claiming to be ovation credit services. I assume it was from the company because when i questioned him he knew details about the building they were based out of. the call was made from a fake number, with the beginning a prerecorded message which i had to respond to in order to proceed. both of these things are illegal. know your rights. if these things happen to you ,you have recourse to a considerable sum of money for your inconvenience. additionally, after making it clear that i was displeased with this and hung up on them, they called back from their office number. Also, a quick search of the names on here will show the majority of the positive reviews here are actually from employees of the company. personally, i would seriously question giving my credit information to a company that operates like this

I have been with Ovation Credit Services for a little over 6 months now. The Service that this company has provided has been awesome. I was looking to get a new vehicale and had alot of issues with what was reporting on my report. I was able to get approve for a Brand New 2016 with a low intrest rate and I am truly greatful. Everything was explained in great detail by the sales rep at sign up and the monthly fee was good compared to other companies I have looked at. I am not sure why the other reviews below state that they were scammed because they did everything they said they would for me. I was given information that I didnt even ask for from my Case worker on a monthly bases. The communication was great... and the services have truly helped me. Thank you Ovation Credit Services for helping me reach my goal of a new car.

I worked with this company a while ago and I am so happy with my results. I actually got a bankruptcy removed from my credit report and I was able to bring up my credit score enough to buy a home and a new car. They really worked with me and it is nice that you have a case advisor to work with one on one so you are never having to explain yourself to a lot of different people. There customer service was outstanding always available when I needed someone to answer a question for me or to explain what was happening. I have recommended this company to all my friends and family and I believe I have a family member that is using them right now. I have learned a lot about my credit and how to keep it under control for the future. Thank you Ovation Credit Services.

Ovation Credit Services is amazing!!! They are beyond transparent and put the work in. Their process is flawless and it never stops. All three credit bureaus will receive disputes or request to have inquiries removed every month. Your case manager is in constant contact via email (daily) and by phone on a quarterly basis. I used Ovations services for a year and half and all credit scores (no matter the reporting bureau) remain above 730+. Their professional service is a breathe of fresh air for this business vertical. I highly reccommend Ovation for anyone working on their credit profile.

Terrible customer service and not so honest sale rep. Over a year later and we still havent recieved the $89 stolen from us. We never recieved any service but a hard time. Even spoke to Amy Myers, VP of this company. She was even ruder than her sales rep! She hung up on us after we played phone tag, got transferred to multiple people and waited on hold for what seemed like forever. She made it impossible to get things resolved when she BLOCKED my fiance email as well so that we could no longer reach her to finish our dispute. I have never been treated so badly by a company.

These people will take you money, The 89.00 they say is none refundable even if you have not started to use or is using their services, It is a rip off then you pay 40.00 a month while they say they are working on you credit what a great scam.
