This is the way banking use to be when integrity and customer service were a standard. It is because of the Manager Richelle Colbert. The other Chase bank I have used is a 1 star and a pain- Greenvilles Chase is where you should bank

Never have i been here where they were appropriatly staffed. ALWAYS expect to be here 30 minutes even for the simplest transaction. Only reason for 2 stars is that everyone is nice but SLOW!
