Spent over an hour with one representative to make sure the credit union could accept foreign service employees without a problem and was assured they had a number of people in the same situation, and opening an account would be no problem; we appreciated the time this person spent to check out all aspects of our situation. Went back to open an account and was served by a different person - was rejected due to the same situation we had described in the first meeting with the first person, even referencing the first person and first meeting. The second person never went to check with the first person. This was a very poor customer experience, getting conflicting information from within the same branch. We later went to a competitor and had an excellent experience.

Very happy faces, great customer service! Dupaco makes the stress of having to complete complex transactions go away with their awesome customer service. Their Saturday hours make it extremely convenient to bank here.
