Okay, so how about we start with the positives: a lot of parking, atm service available at this location (outside, drive thru), two lanes for drive thru services, and besides the one teller- every teller is pretty friendly here. Now, for the areas in desperate NEED for improvement: ATM is always down. Maybe always is a bit of an exaggeration but seriously, 1/3 times I go here, it is down. ATM needs to be replaced- updated, fixed, should be working when you try and use it! Lines are generally long....maybe another lane to be added to drive thru or additional employees, but you should be prepared to wait. And lastly, this one teller- she is very rude. Customer service, smile- really, it is a simple concept.

Should have gone with my better judgment and walked away after my first issue with trying to open a business account. They insisted I needed to provide a form but could not tell me what the form was or how to obtain one. Turns out it was a form the financial institution is responsible for providing and have the business sign off on. Dont even get me started on their whole pc and mobile access. I can do one but not the other. I cant sign up for bill pay but was already signed up even though I never signed up. I would not let a financial institution handle my money when they obviously can not even open an account without having 5 or more issues from the start!

I submit an application for a loan, and they said I was going to have an answer right away, she told me a need to wait until monday. I waited and finally called me to say I was approved, and she was going to call me back in a few, she never did!. Finally yesterday I called back to find out they were reviewing my application, after she said yes and gave me even the amount. She never called me back, and finally called me today to say that I was denied. What type of place is this? You say one thing and just change your mind?. Also she had the worst attitud ever! Not customer service at all!!. Never go there!

I am not surprised this credit union has all of these bad reviews. I just recently applied for an auto loan on a Friday direct through the Downyflake branch and never even heard back. The communication is hands down the absolute worst you can ever experience. I had to find out from the car dealer that I was denied with a good credit score and an income to debt ratio of less than 20%. This place is a complete joke and their underwriters should be educated on how to qualify prospective clients. Read the othere reviews and do your research before you make a decision to join.

When I first opened my account I never received starter checks.They just gave me a company to order from and the checks were very expensive. Also, every Customer Service person you speak to has a different story or policy. I called thinking my account was in good standings and I had a chance to pay a bill before it closed but the customer service person said "no when one of your accounts close they usually close the other one then she said Mary or Betty should have told you that". I see that the customer service is the biggest complaint here why is nothing being done??

I have been banking with PFFCU since I got married over 17 years ago and I will never go back to banking at a regular "bank" for my daily financial and checking. I have had several car loans all at the lowest interest rate around at PFFCU. We always receive friendly and professional service. Deducting one star for the terrible mobile app and below par on line banking. Please PFFCU, invest some money in these systems!

Worse customer service from the members services I have ever experienced. Vicky and her supervisor Sally were very dishonest and misleading and would not help with a hold on my visa debit card that I asked them to do temporarily the day before. These people are a joke and I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!

Applied for a loan online and received a confirmation email stating that I would be contacted by mail,email or phone call for the decision of the application.This was on December 26,2016.I am still waiting for the communication,this is great customer service I assume.
