My mom had a very horrible experience. Being a strong lady that she is, was almost brought to tears telling me about her experience. The lady that walks around helping customers in line has strong anger issues along with many of the workers there. Waiting in line she felt like she was in a very dark place. The lady that helps customers in line started an arguement with a man in line that was upset with the amount of tellers assisting customers. Instead of apologizing and explaining the situation she started causing many angry customers. So then the manager came out, not caring of his customer service at all started upholding the lady worker yelling at the man in line.Frightened of a physical fight breaking out my mom waited out the long line. As the upset man in line went to the teller he was screamed at by the manager infront of everyone in the bank that was packed because of poor service that he is not ro be help to make a money transfer. Being use to very little technology she is constantly being pushed to pay all her bills on line. ALSO being a Native speaker, it is so much easier for her to come to the bank and pay her bills with the bank that she has most of the families money coming in and out of. She was completely discriminated, living in America over 20 years she understand every other word. The teller kept coming back and forth with bikering remarks on how annoyed she is to help her every month with all her bills. Following with so they tracked her phone and called my mom the next day with a Native speaking man to harass her about her inability of understanding the new way of paying bills online.

The institution doesnt care about time of people. There is one taylor for 20 people in line. Very slow operations! Manager doesnt manage working team professionally. To my concern, she said that another taylor is on the brake while in the building were around 10 workers. So, I still have one more questions. Does your another taylor can have break when there is no people in line ? I do not reccoment this location to anybody. Was waiting 30 minutes in line :(

First of all, their manager has to be fired. He does no know his job at all. He refused services for me to deposit cash that I brought with me. I filed complain, and the Bank of America management board has to fire him very soon. Hopefully. Cross my fingers. I avoid going to that place with unprofessional staff.
