I am a merchant and when I go in to conduct my buisness banking their is hardly ever a merchant teller to help us buisness merchants in the morning. There is always about 2-3 women in the background walking around not doing anything but smiling, with a maximum of 2 tellers helping customers and merchants. Note to upper management: when someone comes in to deposit or get petty cash, have someone there to help them early, remember we need to go back to our buisness and open the doors not sit in the red chairs and wait for you to call us up after helping people that are in their casual wear and put less managers on the floor with the clipboard talking to one another, put them behind the counter, their trained to assist transactions. It sure is a lot different when I go in and there and corp. is paying you a visit, maybe next time I see that I will walk up to one and tell them that this is not how buisness is done here on a regular buisness.

I needed to speak to someone there was a issue that need to be solve, and I could not tell out loud, that was so unprofessional. There is some stuff that can not be solve by phone but if someone ask you 5 times what you need? And you answer: I need to talk to someone is cuss you need some privacy to talk to someone.

Long wait times, line out the door with only two tellers helping customers. Did i mention it was extremely slow? A lady who was 7 people in front of me said she had been here for 45 minutes and the teller shrugged her shoulders and smirked... probably my last time coming here.

This is the worst bank around, every time its very bussy and the just have 2 cashiers always, this is not acceptable we have to wait for very very long time
