To make a long story short, on February 6th 2014 I was charged with a DUI. I was in a car accident, was rushed to the hospital and agreed to give a blood sample. To my horror the results came in reflecting that my blood alcohol was a .19 !!! I felt hopeless. I knew I needed the best layer possible to help me with my situation. I looked online and found Josh Macktaz, former prosecuter and after reading his reviews I knew I had to contact him. I was pleasantly surprised that Josh was willing to meet with me for a free consultation the very next morning, on a Sunday! After our meeting I knew he was the man for the job. He was also much more affordable than I had expected. At the time when all seemed lost, Josh provided me a sense of confidence and security. He provided me hope when I thought there was none. We had our last court appearance this past Friday and he got the DUI COMPLETELY DROPPED to only reckless driving! And the reckless driving will only be on my record for one year. Josh was there for me every step of the way. He answered every one of my questions via phone and email almost immediately. He was efficient, kind, confident and he is THE BEST at what he does. I would not only recommend him, I would insist you hire him if you ever get into trouble. You will not regret it, he was worth every penny and more.

I was pulled over for a DUI recently before the winter 2014. I am Massachusetts resident and the incident happened in Rhode Island which it made very tough for me find a good lawyer that could help the case. Luckily, I found Joshua, as he was recommended and rated as one of the top DUI attorney in Rhode Island. Joshua is very knowledgeable with DUI cases, and he is a very straight shooter. He is very driven to win your case, and advocating on your behalf so that you get the minimum charges. He is very professional and informative. He is very sure of the process, and would give you great confidence entering the courthouse everytime. I had my 1st DUI in Massachusetts, so this DUI in Rhode Island would be my second time. However, with Joshua instructions and help, I was able to get off this DUI charge, and only be charged with refusal of Breathalyzer. The outcome was the best that I could hope for. The conclusion was that I was found not guilty of the DUI, and later, he would go to court to have my record of this incident sealed. In all, I was very pleased with having Joshua to help with me this case. His fee was very affordable, and the service and help that he provided were unmeasurable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for help with any DUI related case.
