I have had the pleasure of working with Moises Aguilar and staff for well over a year. Sadly my son was involved in a criminal case matter. As you can imagine as a single parent it was very scary and emotional. I had never been involved in something like this before. I came across Moises and called his office. He was professional from day 1 educating me on steps to take asking many questions along the way and out for our best interest. Moises was able to explain every step in the process always acting and speaking with integrity. Even setting expectations on good and bad news however I always walked away from court trusting Moises. My last year had been a total nightmare no parent would want to go though. I found not only one of the best attorneys in OC to represent my son but a positive outcome on something that could have resulted in a much worse manner. I know he did his best always available, I can highly recommend Moises Aguilar. It is hard to find good people with a good heart in this world and I know Mr. Aguilar has heart and is top notch. Thank you Moises and staff I will forever be grateful for all of your assistance and professional guidance.

I was charged for a crime I did not commit. My reputation was on the line, I called several attorneys all but one required an appointment in their office Mr. Moises Aguilar. He addressed my concerns and answered my questions in great detail right over the phone. By the third phone call I felt I already owned him a fee, he had not charged me one dime. To be safe I went ahead and met with several other attorneys. I hired Mr. Moises Aguilar, he contacted the DA and no charges were filed. I now keep his card in my wallet. If ever arrested again my first phone call will be to Mr. Moises Aguilar

So my girl was being a little punk ass to the cops in Orange County. She got charged with Felony resisting and Felony Obstruction. I hired this guy Moises and instead of a felony conviction, he pulled a magical misdemeanor instead out of his you know what. 12 more days in jail from first court date and no probation. Thank you mister aguilar, to anyone reading this, I love my woman so much. She needs to stop being a punk ass though. So ask yourselves, is it really worth the charge to go fight cops?

Mr. Aguilar represented my brother in a carjacking case that was not looking good at all but with his experience and resolute character, managed to get his sentence reduced to a great, unexpected deal!!. Not only that but actually went out of his way to come see my mom while in hospital to make sure she was ok, was very comforting in and out of court hearings, and kept us updated all the time-very good communication! Will DEFINITELY recommend !! =))
