My husband and I have a small business, and it was burdensome to deal with all the different insurance providers for our personal, business, and employee benefit policies. I never knew if we had the appropriate coverages, as the point of contact is usually an 800 number in India or somewhere else. I was hoping to find an agency that handled multiple insurance carriers, and had knowledgeable agents with whom I could discuss our entire needs picture. Fusco & Orsini is the answer! We have been working with Justin, who is a highly credentialed professional and is extremely knowledgeable about the entire spectrum of our insurance requirements. Justin researched the best carriers for our situation, and provided expert advice on how to best cover our needs. We could not be more delighted with our experience working with Fusco & Orsini. The customer service is outstanding - the phones are answered by a human being, all our questions are answered promptly, and their office is local if you need to talk with an agent in person. This is the type of service insurance agencies we dealt with decades ago provided, and for some reason is very hard to find now. If this is what you have been seeking, you will be as happy as we are with Fusco & Orsini.

Bottom line - if you want professional, friendly, personalized and A+ insurance service, this is it! I needed to get insurance for our alloy wheel repair business ASAP and it was Fusco & Orsini and my amazing agent Brent Cherniss to the rescue. Brent obviously knows insurance inside and out, and because of his diligence, I was able to get him the information he needed, and we got the policy written and signed all in one day. The process was streamlined and seamless, without the endless forms to fill out and return. I received a better, more accurate and comprehensive policy than we previously had and for the same cost. Brent explained the coverages to me in a way I could understand without talking down to me. I will definitely contact him again in just a couple of months when we add Workers Comp insurance to our growing business. A big "thank you" to Brent and Fusco & Orsini!
