Mixed review... they were great a few years back but my recent engagement have been dis-satisfactory. The person i spoke to was so blunt that I was for a second taken aback. I waited 20 minutes to see her. I was there 40 minutes before closing. needless to say by the time I was there the body language and interaction was unwelcoming. I prefered to pay more a month than try to work with with her and refi. walked out in 10 minutes. Since then have been working over the phone with the folks at DCU.... I guess who needs a brick and mortar branch in this day and age.

My experience with them is very mixed. Some of their staff is excellent, the some are quite the opposite. The bank itself is a good bank to have, bad employees are bad employees.

They help customers honistly . For example the responsible employee under manager got an interpreter on phone to explain some things for me, really he was so patient with me.
