Had a wonderful experiance with them! I had some issues on my account which Navy Federal told me that they were not gonna release my money to my account. Which is absolutley ridiculous since its MY money! Well I walked into the Lacey branch frustrated and upset since the Lakewood branch treated me like a criminal. I talked to Amanda, one of the tellers. And she couldnt have been more friendly and helpful! She called the people who locked my account and got them to relese my funds and got my money, after the Lakewood branch refused to help me. Amanda went out of her way to help me and get me squared away! Thats customer service right there!!!

Horrible at getting things done in a timely matter. They have extended my house sale out over a month now. All at my expense. They requested a chlorine test for well water. Bunch of lazy morons.
