I went to this branch as a new customer. I just acquired an account with this bank 2 weeks ago. I went into the bank to turn coins into cash so that I can purchase must needed food since it was 5pm and I had not been able to eat since the day before. As a college student I have to struggle with acquiring convenient banking between classes. When I went to this bank they made me turn in my cash first then refused service to me because of my prescription glasses. I showed them 3 IDs including state IDs passport IDs and Multiple student IDs. They still refused service to me. I told them of my physical disability and they still refused service to me. Because I was starving I caved and took off my glasses which immediately gave me a migraine that lasted for 45 minutes after I put the glasses back on. I had to do this just to get my money back. I felt disrespected I was more than embarrassed. They endangered my health and physical safety because of an arbitrary rule that they did not make relevant until after I gave them my money. If I was not waiting for my student refund to come in I would close down my account today. I will never go to that branch again.

I agree as one of the other member mentioned, USF Credit Union has been a life savior to me-several times over my 20 plus years membership, they have not only been helpful, but very consistent in finding solutions to what ever your challenge might be. I have to agree agree with others, that this new crew of staff is NO where near as personable or friendly as the old staff-the new crew are just cold, flat and rude, almost automatic. I feel like I am in a big banking conglomerate, vs the small, friendly neighborly service I am used to. I do hope it changes for the better. It is a sad day that the personal service had gone down the drain.

This is the worst bank I have ever operated with. They are not consistent with their information. No one keeps records or take notes for the next representative to know what is going on and fix their mistakes. They have you wait 4 weeks for a credit card !!! They do not have pleasant customer service! They charged me a fee and I still do not have my card and I had to yell at the lady to get a refund! They are a disgrace. I hope I am saving a college student from any future headache! If you can help it, do not bank at this terrible bank!!!

I have been using another credit union for over 25 years. FSU Credit Union is the most backwards organisation that I have ever dealt with. They are unable to produce simple statements of my account for me. The President Maria Peet is unhelpful at all and refuses to accept any extra work on their part to get me my savings statement. DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION!

Worst Bank and service. They do not care customers. We have to wait for 2 hours for a service becuase the person in the front desk forgot despite we were sitting in front of her during that time. And they play football with you. We went to MSC branch they send us to main branch without even talking with us.

Always choose a Credit Union over a commercial bank. Better rates and you "own" the institution. I use this location for its convenience when I need to grab some cash from the ATM. If you frequent USF, definitely worth considering membership.

Charges $5 a month if you dont have a minimum of $300 in accounts everyday unless your under age 25. Stealing my money. USF is so greedy. Bank elsewhere.
