These guys are a pretty good little credit union, in that they participate in shared branching so that you can go to most credit unions nationwide for service. I have not had good luck getting decent communication from them regarding loans however. I was told that I was approved for a loan, and then 10 days went by of me trying to get a hold of them, and after 10 days they changed their mind on the approval. They were horrible in their communication, not returning calls, or emails, and then changing their mind really was tacky after all of that hassle. I would advise going elsewhere for banking services.

I have a bank account, credit card and pre-approved car loan through this bank, yet I cannot seem to get a hold of anyone to help me. I already had to turn down the vehicle I wanted because no one could reach anyone at the bank. Poor service for a bank trying to grow.

Poor communication. When I was having issues with my debit card that someone stole they told me they were going to look into getting my money back into my bank account. They never once called me or got my money back. Never will I bank with them ever again.

Recently they must of changed management or something because they are horrible. I have been with them for a while now and I have never encountered so many issues. They were a lot better to deal with in past years but now I advise to STAY AWAY!

So far so good! Very attentive workers, especially when you are able to do everything over the phone and not have to come in. I wish they had one in Baytown, but I can live with the other 2 being a little far.
