Aside from paying for favorable reviews. These people have the worst website known to man. You need a password for login then you need a password to access account to pay from somewhere else. Then they auto change your password on both every 30 days. And you cant use same one twice. Often locking you out of your account all together. Cant prepay your loans, And unless you provide information that should be attached to the long login attempts you can have your payment can wind up going no where till you get hit with a late payment. Because yeah your not getting a call till its too late. Furthermore they outsource insurance verification to third parties ran by children in India who constantly attempt to hit you with !,600 of TBCU insurance fees that they admit serves no purpose whatsoever other than to harass its own customers to see whos gonna catch the whole ploy. It could all be simple if they only used a standard website to conduct online business.
