Absolutely horrible customer service both on phone and in house. Online services are archaic... The straw that broke the camels back was all of their ATM Debit card services went down for a day, was not able to use the card ANYWHERE. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Went back to Wells Fargo

WENT TO REPORT MY CARD STOLEN WHEN I NOTICED AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE. IT IS NOW 6 DAYS LATER. I CALLED THE 888 NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO FRAUD REPORTED. RIDICULOUS!
