Jeanie Nasello Sr. Loan officer is one of the best loan officer I have ever dealt with and that is a complement as I worked in the competitive RE field in California for 20 years! She is honest, caring and extremely ethical. We were coming from So Cal. to Upstate NY and Jeanie had our backs every step of the way. There are always hiccups in relocation but not one had anything to do with Premium Mortgage Corp. or Jeanie. If you want an ethical, honest, funny and caring loan officer that is on top of her game and will do everything possible to get you closed on time and a great rate, please request Jeanie. Matt and Sylvia were great to work with and they got the Mortgage through in a short time frame. Being my first Mortgage on a house I thought it was going to be difficult and a very unpleasant. When I first met Matt he was very pleasant to talk with and helped me through a lot of the things I had no idea about. If he could not help with something, he recommended someone for the job. Then not actually meeting Sylvia, but communicating through email, she seemed to make the process not seem so long. I just want to say thank you Matt and Sylvia. If ever asked about a recommendation for a Mortgage, it will be Premium Mortgage Corporation.

We used Premium for our mortgage and I cannot say enough good about our experience. We fell in love with a house during an open house and when we decided it was "the one" we called Adele at Premium. Pre-Approval came a day or so after and we were able to have an accepted contract within a week. Both the loan officer and processor were available anytime and were great in guiding us through the entire processes and with what paper work was needed. They were able to keep the situation as stress free as it possibly can be. Closing went smoothly and we are in love with the house. I would recommend Premium to anyone.

I do not recommend this company for anyone considering a jumbo mortgage. If you are in need of a jumbo mortgage, find a company that specializes in this type of product. In my dealings with Premium, it became very clear that they had no ability whatsoever to do what they said they could do i.e. secure a commitment from a lender on my behalf. After four weeks of document requests, countless contradictions, and attempts to steer me into other products that I had no interest in I switched to a major bank. Within four days of doing so, I had a commitment. What does that tell you?

A Private User

I had applied for A mortgage with my credit union and rates went down, when I called to get the better rate they would not. I applied with Premium and was approved quickly (3 days I think) anyway 2 weeks later rates went down again and I called Premium and they gave me the lower rate. If you are looking for a big company these guys only have about 40 or 50 people i guess but I can tell you that it was a refreshing change of the voice mail maze I go thru when I call the national lenders. I am only giving four stars because the closing was over an hour and a half!!!!!

Nancy Frate is the best agent Premium Mortgage has, I will recommend her to anyone looking to get a mortgage. She is pretty much available to you 24 hours a day, she answered e mails on weekends and evenings. It was more than obvious she loves her job and truly cares about her clients. Tracy MacDonald was our under-writer and she was outstanding and kept us informed every step of the way. We have bought and sold many houses and I can say without a doubt Premium Mortgage is top notch for all your mortgage needs. Thank You again Nancy Frate and Tracy MacDonald !!!

Be Local Now

I was in here some time ago to do a 360° business tour and I really liked what I saw. They have completely redone the inside of this business (check out the See Inside link on the right) and you know they are proud of their work. I think if I were to get a mortgage here, the furnishings and comforts they provide would really set my mind at ease. The interior of this place just exudes professionalism and care. On a side note, I found out that MY mortgage broker that worked with me while she was at HSBC now works here, so I can personally recommend Amy Bell!
