I am very grateful to have found Mr Spitz. not only does he honestly let me know my current situation, but assesses it immediately and gave me and my wife the best solution to defend as well as fight back the claims against us. his straight forward insightful and aggressive approach to our issues put our minds at ease as well as took off a huge load of stress from my family and business. from our very first meeting, i was in a very tough and stressful situation that threatened to ruin my livelihood. i can honestly say that with all that was happening at the moment, it was quite difficult for me to even clearly tell him exactly what he needed to know. and after i left, i was worried i didnt tell him everything clear enough. But when i got his update, it was EXACTLY what i meant to say and then some! he not only is my attorney but through the year has become a trusted friend, role model i look up to and our guardian. who has shown me the mistakes i have made and how to avoid them in the future as well as made me a much more informed person. in this world that can be harsh and unfair, knowing that i have a seasoned, knowledgeable, aggressive, passionate and tireless defender by my side gives me peace of mind that he will ALWAYS have my best interest as his priority. Some say "the best Defense is a strong Offense", and watching Mr. Spitz handle our cases, i believe that to be true.

I retained Mr. Spitz, in May of 2017, and I am so grateful for the work he and Adam, did for me. I had a situation which was very serious, and they really went to my defense and gained control over the opposing counsel. They fought back against the extortion my tenant was attempting and all was resolved to my advantage. They are knowledgeable and experienced with situation’s that happen when one is a landlord and comes across a bad apple. I found his staff to be professional, friendly and helpful. My calls were quickly returned, and I felt confident I was in the right hands. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Extremely arrogant and the most unprofessional lawyer to ever exist. Mr.Spitz is very friendly during your initial consultation and early on in ur case but quickly turns into an agitated nightmare. He does not return callsand emails after he’s obtained ur money. I’ve never been humiliated and disgraced by anyone like I have been by him. He should no longer be practicing law with the anger problems he has towards his staff and clients. Don’t believe me? Ask his staff how he belittles them.

I have met a lot of attorneys, and Robert is among the best of them. He is a perfectionist and ensures that every single thing he does for his clients is the best it can be. This office is fully staffed with multiple full-time assistants and paralegals/law clerks, including a part of the office dedicated exclusively to bankruptcy, so nothing is rushed. Nothing this office does is just "good enough," it is the best.
