Mr. Bays represented me during court appearances for legal actions filed against me and during my divorce. Being part of any kind of legal proceeding is enough to make anyone nervous and upset. I was no different than the next person. Fortunately, Mr. Bays and his staff were extremely professional and compassionate. They did not treat me like I was “just another client,” they treated me like family. Mr. Bays has the uncanny ability to assess a situation and provide me exactly what I needed. Each time I walked into Bays Law Firm feeling upset, anxious, or hopeless, I walked out of Bays Law Firm feeling, calm, relaxed, had peace of mind, and no longer felt doomed. He was no different in the courtroom. On my behalf, as the situation warranted, he was either assertive or calm and unruffled. His every action demonstrated he only had my best interests in mind. Mr. Bays and his staff were available whenever and for whatever I needed them for. They were also willing to continue to fight for my best interests even when the case was completed. THE HIGHEST PRAISE TO BAYS LAW FIRM. Mr. Bays helped me as well as my 2 teenage children receive a child support amount that I have spent the last 12 years trying to get. Back in the year 2000 I paid $3,000.00 for a small amount and then $10,000.00 again in the year 2005 for another small amount that just keep our heads above water. Mr. Bays not only listened to my concerns and worries about going up against a business man for child support, he took it even further and spent many of his own hours doing much needed research for my case. In court Mr. Bays shows and represents extreme confidence, knowledge and professionalism for his clients. During my 6 month process Mr. Bays met and talked with my 2 children to help them feel more at ease and understand the feelings and concerns that they were going through. I do have to add in lots of praise to the staff as well. I was ALWAYS informed about everything by either mail or telephone. When I called or went into the office with concerns, questions or paper work I was taken care of right away by smiling faces. To sum up this review I would just like for the next person that is looking for a lawyer to represent them to please look into Bays Law.

August 27, 2014 I have had the pleasure of having Mr. Bays as my attorney. I recently relocated from Arizona to Georgia to be with my current. Mr. Bays has been extremely wonderful with all his work including his staff. I went to court in July 2014. Mr. Bays presented himself professional and knowledgeable in court as well as very well prepared for the day, to include the exhibits, which were used, questions being asked and strong minded. I highly recommend Mr. Bays for ANY case that is needed. He has years of experience in the field, served the military and is very friendly to all the clients. If I had any questions regarding the case, I was able to speak to someone, if they were not able to answer the question Mr. Bays would always get back with me in a timely matter. If anyone is looking for an attorney that is good I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Bays as your attorney. I was able to move with my kids and Mr. Bays was able to have my EX ha pay a portion of my attorney fees.

Mr. Bays represented me during my divorce and child custody case. The first day I walked in I was nervous and scared due to my situation. Not only did Mr. Bays help me calm down, but before I left he told me the outcome of my case. He was 100% correct. I now have sole legal and physical custody of my son and I couldn’t be happier. Mr. Bays is the nicest attorney that I have delt with. He was polite and up front about everything. He helped me get sole custody on my child. Mr. Bays was very understanding and very concerned with my case. I could email questions or call the office. I would love to say thank you to Nicole she is a wonderful person as well as Debbie. I paid Bays Law to handle my divorce, which they did very well. What I did not expect was to be welcomed in and supported both legally and emotionally. Super hero. Mr. Bays is a super hero to me. He fought in a child custody case that for years was going no where when another attorney was used. Children should come first in this world and he and his staff worked hard and never gave up. Custody was reversed and my brother got custody of his son. A wrong was turned right!
