Going to court for a reckless driving ticket can be very stressfull for anyone that has a brain, and understanding that this type of charge can land you in the slammer for up to a year. I personnelly enjoy my freedom, and if you have every had the experience of having to serve time ( as I have ) for any length, then you will understand why I am so glad I took the time to console with Mr Flusche before going to court. I researched the net, and was also told from other Attorneys that Andrew Flusche was the guy to talk too and hire. Glad I did. Just the free interview with him took my stress level from a 10 down about to a 3. Thought I never even have a chance of a plea bargain, or a total dismissal of my reckless charge. During our interview he informed me of several different factors that I never knew could be used in my defence. Really set my mine at ease, and hired him on the spot. He made me a promise that if hired, he would research my case, and depending on the facts given, do his best to get it totally dismissed, or at least reduced to lower infraction, resulting in no jail time and lesser points, that can effect your insurance for years, and he did. Also keep in contact with me up untill the court date, reasurring me not to stress, thats why I hired him. I was very impressed with his service and professionalizm. Hope I never have the need for his service for this type of era of my part again, but you can beat if needed he will be the one I call and recomend to everyone I know.

Five stars definitely warranted. I became aware of Mr. Flusche when a fellow rider of mine received a speeding ticket on his motorcycle here in Fredericksburg. I was immediately impressed with his website as well as his youtube videos explaining certain traffic violations and how to address them. I told myself that if I ever received a ticket that I would definitely hire Mr. Flusche to take care of it. Fast forward 2 months and I find myself on the receiving end of a reckless driving ticket. Due to my previous research, I knew immediately who I was going to hire to take care of it. As the court date approached I hired Mr. Flusche and left everything in his hands. He was honest about the potential outcomes and did not make any specific promises. However, based on the many positive reviews, I was not really concerned about the outcome because I knew that he would do his best. In any event, I get a call from Mr. Flusche on my court date indicating that the reckless had been dismissed; all I had to do was complete a driving course and pay court fees. I could not have asked for a better outcome. The service Mr. Flusche provided was well worth the fee he charged. With a possible loss of security clearance, increase in insurance and points on my license, things could have gotten very ugly and very expensive. Thanks Mr. Flusche. I hope we never have to do business again but if I find myself in a jam once more I will definitely be calling on you again.

While on a well- deserved vacation, my wife and I were traveling through Virginia heading north to see family living in NJ. At our first gas stop looping off I95, I received a speeding ticket for 51 in a 35. During this traffic stop, I learned that it matters little what I think, the questions I have about the ticket or whether I am innocent or not. The state trooper didn’t even want to tell me where the court house was; “Oh, it’s a couple miles down the road.” All he was interested in was getting back out and issuing more tickets, and before I had finished filling up my gas, he had another one stopped right in front of the gas station. My wife and I both said this was not right, and I would have to fight this. Since I live out of state, locating a local attorney isn’t as simple as I thought it would be. My 1st attempt landed me with a $1,000 attorney who sounded good, but that was a bit high for me, and they could promise me nothing. I’m not sure why I chose to call Andrew, but after speaking to him, I determined he had a good demeanor. He seemed to be a good people person, so I decided that he was the one I wanted to represent me. This turned out to be a good choice. It was a really good choice because on the court date, Andrew called and said the charges were dismissed. I wasn’t guilty and having Andrew on my side was the smartest thing I could have done. I was pulled over in Spotsylvania, VA for "Reckless Driving by Speeding" for doing 86 in a 65 zone. In VA, this is a misdemeanor and requires mandatory court appearance, not an easy task for an out of state driver such as myself. To make things worse, I had to be out of country for the two weeks before my court appearance. Luckily, before leaving, a quick google search had led me to Andrew as he had great reviews everywhere. Upon my return, with just a few days (incl. the weekend) remaining before my court date, I hastily contacted Andrew. He was quite friendly and professional and explained the entire process to me in great detail to put me at ease. Given the time constraint, he even worked with me over the weekend to ensure that he had everything he needed to represent me. Andrew handled the case wonderfully and kept me in the loop throughout. I was expecting a reduction to regular speeding but he was able to get my case dismissed! I highly recommend Andrew without reservation.

After receiving a traffic citation one evening I searched for a local attorney to represent me and found Andrew. I was impressed with the information on his website and when I met him in person he came across as highly knowledgeable about the local traffic courts and the judges. He took care of everything; he handled getting the court date rescheduled, he gave me solid counsel on what I needed to do to get ready for court and he told me exactly what I should expect. He worked with the officer who wrote the ticket and he presented an argument for a lesser charge to the judge. Andrew absolutly saved me and my career. I passed a state trooper going 91mph in a 55mph zone on kings hwy in stafford headed towards king george and was written a ticket for wreckless driving. Andrew recommended 32 hours of community service and an 8 hour driving class as well as a letter from my supervisor stating my work ethic and that my job was on the line due to the type of work i do. Andrew spoke with the officer (state trooper) on the day of court and the officer agreed not to oppose reducing the charge to a simple speeding ticket if the judge would allow it. Once infront of the judge andrew spoke very professionaly and with confidence, in less than 5 minutes he had my wreckless reduced to speeding. Total cost was $700 for his services and $180 for my ticket. Life changing difference over what i would have gone through if i had been charged.

i live new york and unfortunately i got a ticket in virginia i was doing 95 mhp on 70 mhp zone and i was facing with jail time charges and suspension and fine up to 2500$ i called several lawyer most of them asked me around 1500$ to 2500$ to take care of my case but thanks god to Andrew Flusche only charges 600$ and it is nothing compare to other attorneys and as a result of my case i got away from jail time and a suspension i only ened up paying 400$ for the ticket and 91$ court fee. HERE IS THE BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ANDREW AND OTHERS ATTORNEYS ANDREW IS VERY HONEST PERSON, because other what attorneys told me on the phone were ow you might go to jail and bla bla just to scare me so i can spend 1500$ or 2000$ their silly fees ALL I CAN SAY JUST TRUST ANDREW AND YOU WILL NEVER BE REGRET FOR WORKING WITH HIM THANKS ANDREW........

I was charged with reckless driving on Interstate 95 during the holiday weekend, the State Trooper was in no mood of reducing my speed. I called Andrew to handle my case as I have no desire to either have my driver license suspended or have a negative impact on my clearance. Andrew knew immediately how he was going to handle my case and to be honest, I was quite skeptical and suspicious but I did not have much of a choice. So...Andrew proved me wrong by handling my case with professionalism and just as he had predicted, my charge was reduced to a simple speeding and havd to take a driver improvement course but considering the other option, this was way better. Bottom line, Andrew knows and has experience with the process and I would refer anyone with traffic violation each time.

Excellent Attorney Andrew represented me (Kyron) in December 2016 in Stafford County Virginia for a reckless driving case for going 70 in a 45 zone. He provided all of the possible outcomes due to this being my first offense and recommended that I do 15 hours of community service and voluntarily take the safe driver’s class. We hoped to have the charges reduced to avoid a misdemeanor charge. Andrew spoke with the officer prior to us going before the judge and the judge dismissed the charges with no court costs.
