Everyone should call George Sink! The customer service that I received was phenomenal. Richard Stewart and his paralegal, Christine O’Connor, are a wonderful team. My emails were always responded to within a timely manner and my phone calls never went unanswered. Christine would always call me and let me know the status of my case and what to expect next. As soon as I was released from the last and final doctor, I was impressed when I was informed by Christine that she had obtained all medical records from the previous doctors; instead of waiting to request all the records from all those different doctors at once. I commend Christine for her honesty, throughout my case. If it was something she was unsure of, she found the answer! And not only that…she and Mr. Stewart produced results, even when the at-fault driver refused to accept liability. Now, I admit... I was hesitant in dealing with another attorney due to my experiences with others; however, I can say that The Sink Law Firm has exceeded my expectations. Thank you guys for all your hard work!

I would highly recommend this law firm if you had an auto accident. I have never used an attorney and frankly do not like them. After having a concussion after an auto accident in November 2015, I called Sink and they sent out an adjustor. This man was the reason I decided to go ahead with the suite. He spoke so highly of this firm, and he made such a good impression on me that I decided to file. This firm has integrity and is honest, diligent and what ever they said they would do they did. Right down to the attorney bringing me my settlement check as apposed to having to wait on it in the mail. Again, I was very hesitant, I mean the guy is on TV soliciting clients..........RIGHT! Respectable Law Firm 100%.

This firm is all about the money! Their advertising said “feel like no one cares? Well we do!” But that couldn’t be furthest from the truth! I Called about my 9 yr old falling at school and having a concussion and knee injuries. I talked to the intake manager and was told “if it’s JUST a concussion, we turn them down. We don’t have to chase cases, we are financially blessed” I couldn’t believe someone said that!! I think a 9 year old little girl with a severe concussion and doing therapy is a serious ordeal, but clearly this law firm needs more money damages and compensation to care. Find a law firm that cares about everyone. Not just those that equal huge pay days for them!

My experience with the Sink law firm has been an interesting one and a satisfying one. The firm fields a large number of calls each day and the process that they use is a necessary one that was difficult for me, with my specific goal in contacting an attorney, to take. Through the process, I felt as though my specific issue was being compared to a check list instead of being considered on an individual basis. This was disappointing, however, in the end Mr. Sink considered my needs personally and showed a level of concern that was impressive. I have very much appreciated his time and attention. Kristen W I hired Michael and his staff to help with a wreck where I was in "park" and a large electrical company truck backed into me damaging my car and I have had knee surgery and need neck surgery.The electrical company tried to say it was my fault so I called the local police and the other driver was ticketed.
