From the first contact I had with Harvey, I noticed that he promptly responded to my emails and continued to be responsive throughout the process. I liked that very much. Since I live a fair distance from his office, we had one meeting initially in person, and then most of our contact was by phone or email. One of the best things he recommended at the start, was that I check my auto insurance to see if they would cover medical bills, and sure enough they did! That was very helpful and saved on out of pocket costs. He received copies of all my doctor’s bills, witness statements, collected my injury photos and journal of what happened during and after the injury and presented a dossier/binder to the insurance company involved. And then he forcefully negotiated with them, not relenting until they offered a reasonable and fair settlement. He was truly my advocate and saved me the aggravation and stress of dealing direct with the insurance company. I always felt that my case was important to him.

This is the second time I have seen Attorney Kulawitz for an injury settlement. Years ago, my 7 year old daughter was in a very serious accident. She was a passenger in a friends car. She suffered a back injury and severe trauma. Harvey worked hard and the settlement he was able negotiate is helping to pay her college tuition. Recently, I was rear ended and suffered a broken knee cap. This significantly curtailed my work activities and was very painful for a few months.
