I would suggest to anyone needing heating ... air conditioning etc that they call Stevenson Service Experts. On Wednesday we met at home with the salesman Thomas Enderton ... he fully explained what pricing was available .. suggested we go with a smaller ac unit (regarding house size) and built a package that included furnace, ac unit and 40 gallon water heater. Contract and loan agreements signed that day. On Thursday the installation crew was here and did a magnificent job. The installation was completed on time ... they cleaned up and the only indication anyone was here was .... NO JUNK LAYING AROUND .. and the new equipment !! Part of the "package" included duct cleaning and that was completed today Friday the 24th. Chris Easterling did a great job and was very professional about what he would be doing ... Well done I had one very minor problem and that was remedied in just a few minutes. There was a tiny pinhole in one of the soldered connections on the water heater and Paul Lukas took care of that this afternoon. A big thank you to all of these men ... I would recommend a Stevenson Service Experts crew for anything you might need

I called this company to come out and look at my father in laws furnace the technician Glenn was one time but my father in law and myself thought he came off as very rude and bothered by our questions. He checked the system out came up 20- 30 minutes later and said it was old but working fine and should be replaced due to age and because of some parts showing wear and tear and he could have a sales guy come talk to me. I felt a little uneasy about it so I called another company out. The other company told me I had a CO leak in my exchanger. That technician showed me some rust spots and a crack. I dont think this was caused by Glenn however I do think that he should have found it. From reading the other reviews I guess I should have asked for Travis...

We had a plumbing problem and Dustin Hamblin was sent out to address the problem. He analyzed the situation very quickly and solved the problem quickly. He also noted that we had a faulty shut off valve on the line to our refrigerator. I could not shut off the water to the refrigerator with this valve. He did an expert job of relocating and replacing this shutoff valve. He was very professional, neat and fast in doing his work. He was also courteous and polite making a very positive representation of the Stevenson company. He is a very strong asset to your company. If I have any additional plumbing work I would want this man to address the problem.

Yesterday had my annual furnace check and tune-up. Another skilled and friendly service individual, Lavon, as I have experienced in the past. He completed the work and then clearly explained to me all that he had done. He suggested a couple items for me to consider and maybe do in the future, but no pressure to do so immediately. Had some plumbing work done today. Stan Foss and Dustin Hamblin assessed my needs, carefully explained what they would do, and efficiently took care of my issues. Polite, friendly, and thorough during the work. Greatly appreciate the services of Stevenson Service Experts and its employees.

I have a regular service plan with Stevenson. They have continued to do a great job. Recently, Glenn B. came to provide my heating checkup. He did a great job! When I apologized for "looking over his shoulder" while he worked, he confirmed it was no problem at all and he generously proceeded to thoroughly explain what he was doing and why. He never once hesitated to answer a question. That is the type of service provider I trust in my home. I am also a better educated customer as a result. Glenn was very personable, courteous and pleasant throughout the visit. Thank you for a positive servicing experience!

We just had our air conditioning repaired by Stevenson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing today. I just wanted take time to say thank you to service technician Joe Violet. Great Job! Joe was very professional and knowledgeable in solving our problem with the unit. He systematically diagnose the problem with great ease... It was very reassuring knowing we were in good hands. Joe was also very pleasant while working in such a harsh environment. Gary Zigmann did a service on my furnace yesterday he was here for quiet a while, but he found problems that should not have been there,for instance my humididifier was not working ,after trouble shooting found it was wired wrong . For three yrs i thought i had humidifier that was working. Then another tech. left the wrong item for my furnance filter pads. Mr Zigmann did a great job in serviceing my furnance and corecting problems that should not have been there.If i can i would request mr Zigmann service my annual services all the time.thank you any questions give me a call

Two wks ago we had a new Lennox furnace, air filtration cabinet and hot water heater installed, all of which needed replaced. Chad & Dan did an excellent job of tearing out and installing on a snowy day. Andy later came to do the duct cleaning, and the newly cleaned appliances have made a big difference in the heat of our home. Paul also came to trouble-shoot a plumbing issue we had and solved it. They were prompt and courteous and kept the dirt to a minimum. We will recommend Stevenson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing to anyone who needs service.

Stan Foss did a great job with recent maintenance done on a water softener and tankless water heater. He was quick and efficient and also very knowledgeable. I was having problems with my Rainsoft water softener and contacted the original installer (not Stevenson) for a service call. Technician said nothing was wrong and that all I needed to was to clean the brine tank and then provided a bill without fixing anything. I contacted Stevenson and they sent Stan the next day. Stan completed the cleaning and the softener is working as good as new.

Gary Zigman was my service tech this winter, I think Gary is very cautious service person made me feel like he was taking care of our families furnace as if it was his own.. very attentive to what he needed to do, brought several things to my attention concerning a humidifier. I felt Gary checked are whole furnace out thoroughly he was very concerned to mention carbon monoxide monitors several times to me to make sure that we were safe. I would love to have Gary back as my service person again, trusting man.

First time to use Stevenson. We had another plumbing company install our hot water heater. No hot water came out of kitchen tap afterwards. That company just shook his head and left. Called Stevenson and they came out right away. Stan Foss told us what the problem was and worked with us to find the solution that we could afford. He did outstanding work and we plan on using them from now on and referring anyone that needs plumbing to them! Thanks for a job well done!

Nathan (the technician from Stevenson Service Experts) spent a lot of time answering my questions and going through the set up of the blower for the heating side and the air conditioning side of my new furnace. He answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of information about the furnace. The service technician Gary Zigmann arrived near the beginning of the time span that was designated and began working upon arrival. He checked the air conditioner and the heating unit and found that they were working properly. He was personable and explained the inspection process clearly. He replaced the UV light and provided helpful information regarding changing it yearly. He also cleaned the air conditioner vents. I am very pleased with the service received.

Stan Foss was sent out to give ascend opinion on why the outside faucet was so difficult to turn on and off. Stan was able remedy the problem right away since he was the one repaired it about two years ago. Everything is working as it should have been when it was installed. It is amazing what a little plumbers grease can do. Stan did an excellent job and very professional. I would recommend Stevenson Service Experts to everyone. Thanks again Stan Foss.

Daryl and Andy were awesome! They came and installed both air and furnace and were here all day in the heat. Both of them were very polite and informative of both the old and new systems. Once the job was completed they made sure I was aware of how to work my new system along with maintenance suggestions. Andrew Frazier called to let me know he was on his way and let me know his est. arrival time. (Before that, the company emailed a reminder to set-up appointment. This courtesy was strongly needed; glad you are finally doing this!) Andrew explained an issue we were having with our system and what he did to help us correct it. He also helped us keep our animals where they belong by shutting doors behind him. He was also very polite.

Stan Foss was here today to take care of problems with our faucet in the kitchen. At first we thought it was just a small problem, that turned into a much larger problem with pipes that were corroded and needed to be replaced. My mother inlaw had a AC installed in June. She was a little confused about rebates and money coming back to her and asked me to look at the paperwork. I looked it over and decided to give the company a call just to get some clear anwsers.. I spoke to Amber and found out. that she is about as useful as the G in Lasagna! Lucky for me I was able to find the anwsers i was looking for once my mother inlaw found all her paperwork...

I always watch the technicians work on my system and Glen is by far the best. He is always pleasant and answers my questions concerning my heating/air conditioning system. Tim Stafford was our technician and it is s nice to get someone that truly knows their product! Our water heater went out and I called Stevenson around 10 AM. Tim arrived before 2 and diagnosed our problem. We also mentioned a leak we found and when he came in the next day (a Saturday, no less) he installed our new water heater and repaired the leak that was in our attic. Thank you for doing such a professional job!
