Needed to have repairs to my gutters and siding that were done 5 years ago by what I thought was a good company that had been in business for years. They went out of business soon after they did terrible work on my house. Explained to Aaron all the problems I was having. He walked around the house, also got on the roof and inspected everything, took pictures of all the problems, so he could show me everything I could not see from the ground. I hired him to do all the repairs. His team came out and did everything in a fast and thorough way. Aaron then came out a few days later, walked around the house and got back on the roof again to make sure all the work was completed and done properly. I have know Aaron since he started working at a young age in a popular local restaurant. He is a hard worker who is very dedicated to making sure all work is done right. Thank you Aaron and Kerrigan Roofing for fixing all the problems and saving my house!!!

A huge thank you to Kerrigan Roofing! We had a leak in our roof that had water coming through the ceiling during a day of hard rain. We were worried about the leak doing significant damage so we called Kerrigan Roofing. They came out the next day by squeezing us into their busy schedule, fixed the roof that day, and even sent us before and after photos of the roof since we had to work that day. Aaron is professional, knowledgeable, and so helpful. This company did great work and we will absolutely be using them for any future work or repairs we may need. I would recommend Kerrigan Roofing to anyone needing roofing repairs or updates!

I had Kerrigan Roofing out to inspect a roof, which I thought would need to be replaced. The owner came out and personally inspected it. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with the roof. He came across as extremely knowledge and answered all of our questions. He even told me why I did not need to have the roof replaced, because while we do not like how it looks, the integrity of the roof is good. I would definitely recommend Kerrigan Roofing and Restoration. They were extremely easy to work with and the owner/general manager is extremely personable, which is very hard to find these days!

A huge storm and wind damaged my roof and siding. I contacted Kerrigan roofing and was immediately given assurance everything would be taken care of. His crew was very hard working, polite, and experts in their field. Being a widow, I was relieved to have Mr. Kerrigan himself, take care of all details. Overseeing the job, taking care of the insurance, and the follow up after. There was a slight difference in color of siding, but Mr. Kerrigan took care of it, and am very satisfied. I would recommend this company to anybody.

We had a small leak develop after a heavy rain this Spring. I called Kerrigan Roofing and despite very strong winds and rain they were on my roof within a few hours. They identified a few nail pops and staples coming up under the shingles and applied the fix within 20 minutes. Hands down the best customer service I have experienced with a contractor. My experience with Kerrigan roofing was very positive. Their continuous updates regarding weather delays kept me informed and able to plan around the work that needed to be done. The crew was very courteous and professional. They paid close attention on where to leave materials (out of the way) and to clean up every day down to any nails left of the driveway and lawn. Great group of people. First off they did a fantastic job on our new roof install. We did find a leak nearly two years after the install to which they came out as soon as I called them and fixed it no questions asked. They repaired the interior ceiling too even though it was outside their warranty time frame. Deal with confidence.
