Our experience with TML Service Experts was fantastic from the start. Larry, who provided our estimate, was knowledgeable, thorough, and took his time to ensure that we got the best HVAC for the best price. On installation day, James and Ryan showed up early and got right to work. They were considerate, friendly and did a great job getting everything installed. James kept me updated throughout the day and took the time to show me each component and what we needed to know about our new system and our new thermostat. David and Dustin came by about a week later and cleaned the vents. They too did wonderful work and were friendly and worked hard to get the job done. We highly recommend this company. We had quotes from other companies that were more expensive and were offering poor quality systems. I should also note that we had great interactions with the office staff at TML who were easy to get a hold of and were always helpful and friendly. Thanks for the great work TML! We will continue to use TML in the future for all of our HVAC system maintenance.

David W., Ferg and John, Were great people and hard workers! Would recommend TML Service Experts. David W, Ferg and John worked hard, but the salesman told us that it was all inclusive. One of the workers indicated we needed to fix our docks and a person would call to make a schedule. Larry called and asked how was the work. I indicated that it was good, even though, one person indicated that the exhaust pipe could have been reposition toward the back of the house, instead of the side house. After my call from Larry, asking how the work was done, he indicates now, that we were happy with the work and no duck will be done. BE CAREFUL they are not looking out for our best interest!!! Either Larry is only after the commission or the workers are trying to sell you more service, when you may not need it! NOT HAPPY WITH THE TRICKERY!!!!

My wife and I just had a wonderful experience with TML Service Experts. We had our A/C go out during the weekend, and on Wednesday our Technician showed up to repair. I was thinking it was going to cost a lot, I had it in my mind that it was the motor and possibly other things. Dustin was our Technician Professional. What a polite and nice guy. He checked the system and informed me that it was only the capacitor. It took no time at all and our two dogs loved him. He cleaned our outside AC unit, educated me on how to keep it clean, even closed the gate after he was done. You can tell when people take pride in what they do and have that passion for their customers. Not only was I happy with the price and service, I signed up for a Service Agreement. TML Service Experts has definitely won me over because of Dustin.

TML does not even deserve 1 star for the POOR customer service that I have experienced. We had purchased a furnace 12 years ago from TML which already needs replaced. I made 2 appointments with sales staff in which I took time off of work to be home for the sales representative who NO SHOWED BOTH VISITS!! I decided to give it another attempt and met with the salesman who I have not heard from in regards to a bid in 6 days. I called yesterday and never got a call back. I would not recommend using this company. I have called and asked to talk to the manager and the response that I got from the office staff was that she could have sales call me. Boise has too many options to deal with a company that does not take the time to provide customer service to someone willing to pay thousands of dollars for a new unit.

Larry did a very thorough job in assessing our HVAC needs, explaining the various factors to consider in choosing a new system, providing several alternatives, and giving us well informed recommendations. We chose a fairly high end system, so definitely not the lowest cost we could have chosen, but he did provide some discounts/extras, and I feel like we got a fair deal for the quality of equipment we chose. Jessy and Ferg did a great job installing and calibrating the system, including having to work in some tight quarters in the crawl space to upgrade our ductwork. All of them were very professional, courteous, friendly and willing to answer all my questions. The new installation looks great and is very neatly done.

Ramon arrived a minute or two early. He drove an easily identified service van and introduced himself and supplied me with his business card. He explained his work to be done and proceeded. I observed his through work on my Lennox system and at the conclusion explained the importance of continuing my inspections and Tune-ups. The reason 4 stars not five is the scheduler made a mistake and did not have the correct filter for my unit. Ramon explained, he ordered my filter and it would be delivered to my door the next day. It was. He placed a one inch filter in my unit and reviewed the placement of the five inch filter when it arrived. The correct filter was delivered to my door the next day as he told me. Great Job

James and Josh were very professional. They stated they would finish in one day which was accomplished. They worked continually until they were finished. If I asked a question they answered it completely and professionally. They were very careful about putting on booties when going into my home. They cleaned up after themselves constantly. When they left my home and my garage it was cleaner than when they arrived. Josh went over everything about what I needed to know about each piece of equipment. James went over all paperwork thoroughly and the thermostat. James watched me as I setup my thermostat. I would recommend both men and TML to my neighbors and friends. Thanks James and Josh. The team at TML service is amazing to work with! We woke up to no heat and no hot water and within 30 minutes they had a technician at our door. The technician explained the situation and had their Salesman Larry back out to our house that afternoon. Larry was awesome, explained all our options and costs and answered all our questions. Kept us informed on every step of the install and what to expect. Every member of this team was professional and followed thru to make sure that everything was done to our expectations. We have been clients of TML since 1997 and they continue to provide the upmost excellent service!!!

I realized my furnace had stopped blowing hot air at 2am and called TML Service Experts to fix it. They had an on call technicians come out within an hour and solved the problem. The on call technicians was extremely friendly and helpful and explained the things he was doing as he did them. The pricing for my issue was also fair and I was happy to pay it. I would highly recommend these guys as their professionalism and service is above reproach. I also have a newborn son and my wife would like me to state that the service technician is a hero. I contracted with TML Heating and Air Conditioning for a furnace replacement last year. This year the hot water heater needed replacement. James and Jesse were professional, friendly, and thorough. They arrived on time and kept the work area as clean as possible. When installation of the new on-demand hot water system was completed, they cleaned the work area and removed all debris and the old tank. I have used TML for heating and cooling service for the past 15 years. I am pleased with the service from TML and will continue to use them.

Ramon did an outstanding job. He was very respectful and took the time to explain things to me. I would definitely have Ramon and TML Services back to my home again. I just had Josh, Ryan, and Mike over to do my install. They explained everything and made sure I was informed on the work they were going to do. The technician (Jessy, James & David) showed up first thing with a task of replacing our AC and furnace. This was no easy task since they had to move the AC from the west side to the east side of our house and also add a humidifier to our home. Installation was done in a professional manor and we are very pleased with the outcome. The job was completed closed to 8:00 pm and the gang was still in a good mood and courteous to the very end. We strongly recommend TMLSerice to anyone looking for a reliable Lennox HVAC Dealer.

I felt as though the inspection on my air conditioning unit was done very thoroughly by Ramon from TML Service Experts. He went over everything with me so I could understand the situation and was very helpful in helping me to make a good sound decision as to what I want to do with the problem at hand. After using TML for years, I found out that the New High efficiency Furnace they installed 8 years ago was installed incorrectly and has not been running as they specified. This was installed to run single stage which cost me energy for 8 years and also caused the heat exchanger to burn out early due to improper install. TML has serviced this since install, until now. Different technicians every year and none mentioned anything about this improper install. Contacted them over a week ago and have not heard back.

Ramon came out on a Sunday to repair my non-working furnace. He was very courteous, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He diagnosed and repaired the problem while I watched over his shoulder, all the time explaining what he was doing. I really appreciated that! Thanks Ramon, and TML! Caleb came out today to perform our first AC check up. He arrived on schedule, did professional maintenance work, and was very personable beside! He presented his business card and asked if I had any questions or concerns on the operations of the unit before he started. I appreciated the professional and detailed job that Jeremie did. Over night was a -2 degrees , we woke up and it was 41 in the house! Something was wrong, TML came out that day and put in a brand new furnace ! My landlord was out of the country on vacation but their sales person worked with him and made sure we got the heat we needed! Jessy and James were great ! They worked past 8pm to make sure the job was done right and we were safe and warm! Thanks guys you were awesome!!!! I would always call TML They hire great people who care!

It became necessary to have a new air conditioner installed in our home as detected on a routine inspection by TML. Having had TML place our air conditioner 14 years previously, we used them again and would do likewise in the future. The representative for sales, Calvin, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The technicians installing the air conditioner, Josh and Ryan, came on time and were friendly and very professional. We would use them again.

Our furnaces stopped working during a cold blast. Our technician was Ramon, who came out on a Sunday and got them running again in no time. He also returned and fixed some more issues with the furnaces a few days later. Ramon was very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me simply and precisely. I really appreciated that. I would definitely use TML again and would request Ramon. He was excellent.
