The initial meeting with the project manager Dan Markley was a very positive experience. The follow up meeting with the owner, Francisco Romero and Dan was also very positive which led us to selecting them to provide our roofing services over four other contractors. Actual Experience of the install: The workers arrived and were very quick to remove the roof. We were not happy with the mess that was left at the end of each day as we spent time in the dark trying to pick up paper that was blowing in our neighbors yard. The roof was to take 2 days but ended up taking 5 as the original workmanship was not as promised. Several if the trim products that were used were not as discussed. (We specifically asked not to use wood as it rots and that was what was on the roof already.) The contract also states that replaced wood under the roofing would be @ $5 per foot. We were OK with this but expected to actually see the wood removed to measure and agree it was bad. We felt that there was wood broken due to throwing material around and stomping on the roof boards too had so as to crack. (At $5 per foot this can add up quickly. We ended up spending $660 for additional wood. During our meetings the norm they said was around $300 and we knew we had a good roof as the wood is 1x6 old style ) We also had copper installed around the chimney. This had to be removed and redone as the first time it was very sloppy.We also had some gable vents that in our initial discussions were to be replaced. The owner even called to ask if we wanted a different style and we said no. We did not get the vents since they were not on the contract. In the end the owner, Francisco and the project manager Dan addressed all of the quality issues for our house to our satisfaction. We did not get the gable vents since they were not specifically on the contract they showed just the trim. The end result is nice. I would recommend them only if you ENSURE each product item is clearly called out in detail not just the roofing material. I will say that they fixed their Quality issues without having other defects.

The gutter on the back of our house was damaged from a tree falling during a summer thunderstorm. I called Romero Roofing based on positive Google reviews. What a great customer experience. Very polite and very professional from the start. The owner answered my call and had his project manager Dan call me back a few hours later. Dan was extremely professional and provided me with a very reasonable quote. The job I needed accomplished was really much smaller that what they typically do, yet he still made me feel like my business was just as important to them as any other job. He scheduled a crew to come out within a few days. On the scheduled day, the crew was running a little later than planned, but before I even had time to wonder where they were, Dan gave me a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way and apologized for the delay. The two gentlemen who showed up were very proficient at their task and quickly tore down 50 feet of damaged gutter and replaced it with a very nice seamless run. They cleaned up around the work site and the only indication they ever showed up was my clean, white gutter. They thanked me for letting them perform the work before they left. Overall very impressed. From start to finish they made this issue easier to deal with and provided outstanding customer service. If the future requires me to need any of the services they offer, Romero Roofing will be the first company I call. Highly recommend.

The last storm caused some roof damage. I contacted Francisco to see if he could fix the roof before the next wave of storms. He said he was very busy but would get to me in about a week. Actually, he had his guys come by two business days later. They fixed the area I identified and went beyond that by identifying and fixing other potential trouble spots. They worked very diligently and professionally. The price for the repair was very realistic and affordable. I am certain to call them back if I have any needs in the future. Francisco was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire experience.

I called Romero Roofing to provide me with a roof estimate, when we started to discuss my needs they were very explicit about products and I immediately signed roof contract, when we continued talking about services and found out they also installed siding we also signed up, then they remodeled my entire bathroom, build a ramp in the front for easy access to my wife, also replaced windows and other remodeling projects, very professional and in timely manner, I recommend Romero Roofing and Services LLC to my friends and family.
