I live very close to the store and would love if it was a convenient place to shop but the staff is not even remotely helpful. There is never anyone around to ask questions to and if so they are high school students who do not know the answer. In the 3 years I have lived here I have gone in over 2 dozen times and every time have been disappointed and gone to Home Depot. I would love to support local businesses but they make it impossible.

I love that we have a good hardware store in Springville. They have a great selection of nuts, bolts and screws. I can usually find what I need here with out needing to take a trip out of town. The customer service could use a little help, most employees seem to be in a bad mood most days.

Pros: Local, conveniently located for Springville/Mapleton Free popcorn Occasionally really killer deals, like 50% off paint buckets Cons: Prices are a little steeper than if you drive down to a chain like Home Depot Lots of younger employees, sometimes inexperienced
