Got the initial quote, was not ready to commit, was called a few weeks later and went through a few more items before commiting to the deal. The windows were produced a lot faster than most companies were offering and the install was scheduled very quick. The install was fast and they made sure to incorporate the existing siding. Everything looks great and I have had lots of follow up from inspectors and management to ensure I am satisfied. A long warranty comes along with the install and product so I really have no complaints. I would recommend to friends.

The presentation was thorough and informative. Product rep. came out after our work hours and stayed till nearly 9pm answering all of our questions. He came armed with frame samples, demo glass and a binder full of comparison studies of other window types. We were given every opportunity to challenge Jerry (and took it) and he responded with courtesy, remaining very professional while remaining very friendly. We are looking forward with a lot of anticipation to our installation in late Jan 2017.

This company is a joke!!! Everyone from the sales people to customer service are rude and uneducated! Do not know what they are talking about when they try to sell their products and when you ask a question they become offensive and try to push you into a purchase. I had a far better experience with Window World and will take my business to them...I would recommend that everyone else do the same!

We are very happy with the windows throughout our house. Noise levels are down, dust is no longer a problem, and our temperature is easily controlled now. Their installers were quick, responsive, courteous, and answered most any question thrown at them. We would highly recommend them if you would like to improve your home.
