I will use Choice Home Improvement for ALL of my home improvement projects. I was very distraught when my roof started leaking last December. After searching the Internet and calling about 12 different companies (all of whom did not want to do a roof because of the snow), I finally called Choice. I set an appointment to get an estimate and, I was afraid the weather was going to be a factor in the price. When they came to give me the estimate, I was very surprised that it was quite the opposite. They told me it was their slow time of year and, gave me a great price. I signed the contract immediately. A little more than a week later, my roof was finished. It looks fantastic! Everyone I dealt with were very curious and professional. The office staff kept e was quick to inform me throughout the week, when my roof was going to be done and, when the crew came out to do the work, I found them to be very professional and friendly as well. This year I had Choice replace my gutters and add gutter guards and again, the project went very smooth. It was August so, the project took a little longer to get to than the roof however, the office staff kept me well informed about when my turn was to come. Again the workers were very professional and, I was very pleased with the gutters when they were finished.

Our positive experience with Choice Windows and Siding started when we received an estimate to replace our rotted wood composite siding with James Hardie fiber-cement siding. Justin, their salesman, was very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. We felt we got a fair price, without the usual high pressure sales pitch. Their installers were very professional and their craftsmanship was orderly. They quickly made several changes that we requested during the installation process. The crew swept up and removed all of the debris from around the yard at the end of each day. We also had Choice Windows and Siding paint the remainder of the exterior to match the newly installed siding. Their painting crew was very polite and conscientious and did a great job. They took their time to make sure paint didn’t end up where it didn’t belong. We were very impressed with this company and plan on hiring them again for other home improvement projects that we are planning in the future.

Choice Home Improvement is a very bad company. I did bathroom remodeling with them. They sent someone to do this who never did before bathroom remodeling. He said that he is learning to do this now and he does not know how to do this. They did not obtain a permit from City Hall so I had to bring my own inspectors, and glad I did, as he found many unacceptable things. Also, took them month longer to finish than they declared. When I asked to fix all mistakes they sent carpenter to do this. For them to paint bathroom means to paint walls...not ceiling. Really??? They need to learn a ton!!! Owner and his sons were coming on my property to intimidate me. I had to call police and went to court. Never would recommend these people to do any work on my property. Very dishonest people, owner and his sons. Owner is also violent person. In his angriness he took off my door screen. Never deal with these people because you never know what will grow it those minds.

my parents went with choice home improvement company , because they were 9,000 dollars cheaper, then 2 other companies they received estimates from, and picking them from home advisor was a must . There home is over 80 years old and has not one straight 2x4 in it , with that said the crue that sided there home was very prompt, patient and clean and the work they did was wonderful . the office was very respectful and professional to them when they changed there color more then once , even brought more samples out so they could see the new color, and before they ordered the siding .The great thing I liked was the owner came out to visit the job when it was complete and went over any issues with my parents if they had any, and to check the job himself . I would definitely use choice in the future and would recommend there services .

I had my bathroom updated by Choice Home Improvement a couple of months ago. In the beginning I was a little put off by the time it was taking. It seemed that workers would come, do a couple things then leave. A little more through the process, I asked one of the workers and he explained that certain parts of redoing my bathroom were his specialty and other people were experts at other areas. This put my mind at ease about the time it took. Now that the bathroom is finished, I am very happy. It looks great! I will defiantly use Choice again when another renovation comes up.

Choice Windows & Siding where the 3rd. roofers called- the previous companies - #1 did not want to do job ( to big -go figure ?), #2 promised to return the following week and of course never showed . A neighbor referred me to try Choice Windows & Siding and I am glad we did. I have never before worked with a contractor that has provided such a high quality product , installed so beautifully, professionally, with regards to OUR schedule. They delivered far beyond our expectations , even clean up ... not a single shingle, nail or garbage found. I highly recommend

My husband and I recently purchased a new home which had the vinyl siding redone, however the parts of the house which had wood remained the previous color. I bought a new house in Taylor. The siding on the house was in extreme disarray. After getting several estimates on having the siding done I decided to go with Choice. I liked the price they gave me on the James Hardie siding. Besides waiting on the siding to be delivered. The job was done pretty quickly and the new siding looks great. After seeing my new siding my neighbor called Choice too. Now we have the best looking houses on the block.

Choise Home Improvement helped us change our yard space from an out dated pool to a beautiful deck and patio. The contracter sat down with us and explained what was to done and the cost.The teams of carpenters, land scapers, electricians and plumbers were compedent workers. I had concrete work done by Choice. They put in a patio which was done in stamped concrete. The project only took about a week. This included Choice getting all of the necessary permits. The crew was very professional and if friendly and the patio looks great. The salesman that originally came out kept me informed of every step of the project. I would recommend Choice for concrete work. We love our new patio.

Ripping people off is no way to run a business!!! Not to nention that your work is ANYTHING but satisfactory!!! You butchered my friends roof, and when they called you back out to fix it, you gave them the run around. I will NEVER do business wit you!!
