I am a very satisfied customer. I had my roof, gutters, and awnings replaced by PGRS after a hail storm a few years ago. I also recently had the drip edge installed. I had estimates by 4 different companies but ultimately chose PGRS because of Jason Loyd, the Project Manager. I was most impressed by Jason because he was very personable and courteous. He was patient and answered all of my questions (of which I had about a million). Lol. He explained everything very thoroughly. He is a great 1st impression for the company. Good move PGRS. Jason has great People/Soft skills. My interactions with other staff members have been just as positive. I have not had any problems with my roof, gutters, or awnings. If I do, I have the utmost confidence that PGRS will do their best to resolve any issues. I read a few of the negative comments here and I will say that customers are NOT always right! Companies should be expected to do their best, which PGRS does. Some customers have unrealistic expectations from companies. Positive experiences are had when each party does their best. Customers have responsibilities for their people skills too! If PGRS could leave reviews on their customers, some of us would never have businesses wanting to work with us at all. In conclusion...PGRS is a great company to work with. Communicating with them is easy and professional. I highly recommend them!

Quite disappointed on the basic level of professionalism displayed by this company. They are supposedly rated by Owen Corning as a Platinum dealer. I scheduled an appointment roughly a week in advance and waited for their representative Jason to show. He is running about 30 minutes late and gives me a courtesy call. Then basically never shows up or calls again. I call his home office to make an inquiry to what happen no one calls me back. Then I receive a call two days later that he came by my house, parked with a driveway full of cars, but no one answered. This is absurd on many levels because I never left my house that day. Maybe I should consider this a lucky omen, if this is a foreshadowing of their business practices.

Needed help with warranty questions on 8 Yr old roof. The PGRS representative was Early Professional appearance Most knowledgable I have found - He knew the history of my shingle, why it could be a problem in GA Was the only Company that shared / knew this much and felt the roof was in good shape with many years of service to go. What to watch for when it will need replacing The experience their other customer have had with warranty The only one that did NOT recommend I spend thousands of $ now. Also offered a simple fix the mold showing on the shady side I was very impressed and they will be the first ones I call when needed. But since they did no work I could not comment on the rest of their abilities.

We used them in July 2015. Our initial inspection & quote was in April! Was not competent enough to order the correct amount of shingles for our house. Left our house partially shingled with tarps over part of our house for an entire weekend with rain until the following week when they could get more shingles. They got black roofing marks on our newly sided Hardy siding. Found roofing tacks in our yard for months. We were very unsatisfied and spoke with the owner whom did not want to do anything about it & was very rude!!

I received estimates from 4 different companies to replace my roof. I went with PGRS because of their competitive price, professionalism of the employees and quality of their work. The entire process was smooth and the cleanup was impeccable. I highly recommend PGRS for any of your exterior remodeling needs. I love my new roof and will be a customer for life!

We had the PGRS team remove and replace the 36 yr. old siding on our house with Hardie concrete siding and remove and install new gutters, gutter covers, and downspouts. They did an amazing job. They were thorough, made recommendations/suggestions based on our wants, and were easy to work with. We are very excited with the quality of the work performed.
