Absolutely the Best!!! This day and age it is so difficult to find what Professionalism and Customer Service is supposed to be. Everyone at this company exhibits and exceeded what I expected...and I have really high expectations when it comes to investing in something of this magnitude; especially for my Dad who is 80 yrs. old! I live in Virginia now and I grew up in Carrollton. I needed someone that I felt comfortable with and that would take care of my Dad because I could not be there. After talking with the Staff I felt as if I was there. The Lennox System sells itself but the Staff is really selling themselves. They answered every question I had and were willing to work with me and my Dad in an unusual situation because of the distance. My Dad is so happy and ecstatic with the new system he keeps talking about how wonderful it is and how wonderful the installers were “They worked as a team, they did not curse, they were presentable, they cleaned up after themselves, and they showed me how to work the new thermostat!” Thank You so much!!!!

Con Artist!!!! taking advantage of the elderly, disabled churches and those on a fixed income, after $300 spent they didnt fix the ice maker, Ended up being a four dollar part and took five minutes to fix...A friend was an ex employee, who played coy to see what type of people he was working with as soon as they thought he was none the wiser he witness them burn up a church condenser fan motor while replacing a "bad" one and charged my church $800 dollars to install a $185 dollar part that took only ten minutes to fix all while setting up another unit to fail so they would have to have the same repair done on another unit the church was needing fixed, ...lol these guys are a joke. all about money and hiding behind the term christian without practicing as christians in hopes of politicaly and financially advancing their company!! Luckily there are honest people to come behind and pick up the pieces!!!

We selected Maxwell after obtaining multiple assessments and quotes. We selected them primarily because of the knowledge about their product and confidence. The sales representative was very open and honest. He reviewed various options giving us full detailed information so we could make a sound decision. This professionalism and overall attention to detail was the same for the installation and post install follow up. We will use Maxwell from here forward!
