We had AC go out 2 weeks after buying a new house. The home warranty sent the job to Advanced Heating and Air. A technician named Matt came to our house. He got there when he said he would and was extremely nice. He did a wonderful job answering our questions, getting the system running correctly again, and giving us information on how to properly maintain the system going forward. I would have loved to get Matt out on the same or next day, but we had to wait three days/two nights due to the volume of work they had. The phone staff were polite and easy to work with in terms of getting the appointment and getting updates. The technician told us if the system fails again within 30 days, they will send him back out at no charge.

They are the best crew that I have ever had in all of my dealing and I am 72 yes old and I have dealt with a lot of people. Every one of them knew what they where to do and they did it well. I had a hold AC unit put in and heat pump and they did such a great job. They never did stop for lunch they just waited till they got through. I would for sure recommend Advanced Heat AC to any body and talking on the phone with the lady was wonderful to she was so nice to me and walked me through everything and told me how much it would be and it was. We called our home warranty service for a problem with water hammer, or shaking pipes in the wall. They sent Advanced Heat and Air, even though we thought a plumber was more approproiate. The Advanced technician went straight to the hot water heater and confidently proclaimed that we needed a new one. There was no problem with our hot water at all. We got a second opinion from a plumber, who confirmed our suspicion that they were scamming us. We have reported them to the home warranty service, and they will not be returning to our home.

This place is a joke , My home warranty referred us to them and what a joke . Stephanie in the office is lazy and takes her time on everything . Not only did she lied to me and my wife but also to the home warranty people we use . And when you call either they dont answer or Stephanie is still on the phone and will call you back . She never called us back because she knew that her and the company she works for is shady . I will never us this company again and will tell everyone how crappy Advance heating and air really are .

My wife and I have had a horrible experience with Advanced Heating & Air. We have not had cold air in our home for over 2 weeks in the middle of summer. They have been out numerous times and have created so much stress on us due to their incompetence. Stephanie must be the least customer friendly person I have ever had to deal with. I have paid them a service fee and have received nothing in return other than stress and high blood pressure. I would never advise anyone to deal with them other than to change an air filter.

First time I used Advanced they saved me alot of $$! Had two other "Big name" companies said I needed new unit. $3k - $4k!! Advanced looked at it and replaced a couple of parts, fixed it for under $300!! Been working fine for last 3 years! Currently remodeling our new house. Would not let anyone else install my new H&A but Advanced. They made light work of a challenging job and installed two complete systems, upstairs and down, and I could not be happier with their work and price. Highly recommend!

This was a second opinion call. Have used Advanced for plumbing repair previously. Technicians always call before ariving, very curtious, very professional & extremely knowledgeable . Randy knew within the first 5 minutes what the problem was. Explained everything to me & all was replaced & repaired within 30 minutes. Previous company found nothing wrong but wanted to clean the air conditioning coils for $479. My home warranty company will not be using first company again.

Andrew was our technician and he was very thorough!! He diagnosed the problem and had the air running within 10 minutes. He also checked and added refrigerant to our system as it was low. He stayed around to make multiple checks on the unit and air coolness before he finished. He was very friendly and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why we were having the issue in the first place. Would highly recommend both Advanced Heating and Andrew!!

I was very pleased with how professional they were and how clean they left the work area. They took their time to thoroughly explain to me the ins and outs of my programmable thermostat. Our Landlord went through this company when the first one failed to fall through and the experience was top notch. Our ac went out 2 days ago and they came first thing this morning. The new Trane system i purchased from them was installed excactly like i had wanted and the guys took time to show me how everything worked. Installers were neat and cleaned up after themselves. Have worked with them via my home owners warranty for the past 3 years, and all technicians have been courteous and efficient. They met appointments as scheduled and repaired all problems. One small "bobble": on latest service a technician was sent without a replacement part for a breaker that kept resetting and had to return with part once it was ordered and received. Other than that, it has always been smooth sailing.

The young man was professional & did not try to sell me a new unit. He did the inspection, found the problem, informed me of the problem, and after my approval fixed it. Our unit is now blowing cool air & was relieved we did not have to refill any Freeon! The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is he left the old thermostat & I have no idea how to dispose of it as it has mercury in it! Any suggestions?

I am very impressed with their service especially their staff Brian. He called me before he arrive at least 45 minutes to inform me he is coming and he is on time. He is gentleman. Fixed our AC with no problem and answer all my questions. He also teached me about the thermostat works. Hahaha Again, I am very happy with their service..

I can’t say enough good things about Clark, the technician who came to repair my HVAC in a recently purchased home. Not only did he expertly repair my broken AC, he diagnosed an unrelated issue (which my home inspector missed) which allowed me to stop damage that was being done to my home. I will only use Advanced in the future.

Worst company and sorriest excuse of a company ever! Our Electrician was able to find the problem with our A/C yet 2 of their technicians could not. They treated us horribly. Missed appt and did not bother to call. If you value your home and remaining cool through the summer, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

This is a dishonest company. I have an american home shield policy. They looked at the issue with my air duct and collected my fee. Then, they jerked me around for several weeks and finally said they could not do the work. I would never tell anyone to use this company. No integrity.
