I will use them EVERY time!!! I have used them twice, once in our current home and once in our rental property. The first time I had never had a claim on my insurance but our upstairs laundry flooded our downstairs family room and the upstairs adjacent bedrooms. They were so good to help and get everything just right. When my insurance adjuster came out to survey the work and cut a check he told me, "you hired the right guys! I have never seen better work." You cannot tell where they had done any repair because they 100% matched everything! He asked them for their business card so he could refer them to other clients. When we had a kitchen drain in our rental house break and leak in to a basement bedroom, I was totally sure who I would call. Once again they came right out and took care of the problem. Their employees are great to work with! I will use Disaster Professionals any and every time I have the need. They were incredible to work with! Hands down, the best choice for disaster repair.

A Shady Outfit - Homeowner Beware. I hired this company to fix a leak in my roof and to perform some interior damage repair. After the work was finished, the leak persisted. After repeated failed attempts to stop the leak, the manager Darin Bare told me I needed an entire roof replacement. When I protested, he accused me of trying to get them to replace my roof for free (which totally offended me). To make things worse, when I asked for an itemization of the work they did I discovered they had overbilled the insurance company and even falsified paperwork. When I questioned the company about this, they stopped answering my calls and emails. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this shady outfit.

My washer overflowed, filling the kitchen with water, and down to the basement ceiling, and floor and couches in the basement. I called Disaster Professionals and they were at my home within 10 minutes. They were in the process of drying things out and giving direction on how best to dry things out immediately. Cannot say enough good about their work, ethics and care for the customer experience.

Disaster Professionals helped all our worries go away.. When we found our basement full of sewage we called disaster professionals. They immediately came over and helped us find the problem . We got it all cleaned up and they dealt with all the insurance and claim process. Very friendly group of people and very professional.. they know what they are doing.
