We were blessed to be matched with Kurt Brungardt and Jean Zieber as our lending representatives. Together they provided us with a no fuss approval process, strategic budget planning to save every dollar in the short term as well as years down the road and educated us on the nuances of home mortgages. They personally answered the phone and replied to every text message quickly and thoroughly and we never once had worry. At closing time they even became aggressive on our behalf to ensure the home would be finished to our mutual satisfaction. Kurt and Jean are great mortgage loan officer and specialist. When we began the process, Kurt was able to get pre approval letter. During the process, Jean helped gather all loan documenrs and walked us rhrough the process. We called or emailed daily and Jean was very professional on the updates.
