So i have been a customer for years, never really used the account until i opened 2nd business in MN. Laura skoal is nice and will try to work with you on any situation. Gabbi Hernandez constantly gets caught up in her lies, and when pressed about her statements always says i used to be with wells fargo thats the way they do business. Unfortunately no its not. I have a business and personal account, which i cant access on mobile banking when i went in to fix the mobile banking i was there for 45 mins getting run around. They said they couldnt get it situated since main branch was 2hrs ahead they would call me next day. Well that was 2 weeks ago no call and still have problems with the mobile banking. My advice, go to a bigger bank if u dont need the convenience of having branches in multiple cities.

Every one at this branch is extremely helpful and friendly. Recently, I had a question and Jennifer went above and beyond to help answer my question and fix the problem. She took the time to communicate with me and follow up on the problem until it was solved. I am so impressed by this bank. DO NOT OPEN A ACCOUNT HERE! ONLINE BANKING IS NO GOOD! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU OVERDRAFT FEES FOR NOTHING! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. SCAM BANK!
